Very family oriented. The fod is great and the service phenomenal. Great place to sit back and enjoy a calm relaxing experience alone or with loved ones. This was me and my family's second time here. We've tried The chef salad, humus and veggie tray, cheese sandwich, Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, blueberry and banana nut muffins, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon bun, root beer float, and mango smoothie. Last but not least the local wine they have for sale taste great to me. The vegan and apple pie wine is my favorite. To taste at the time is $5. You won't be disappointed.

The food was made to order, thumbs up for fresh eggs, meals were hot from start to finish. Quaint and quiet environment. Staff was very friendly…I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the cook in a dress…reminds me that moms and pops shops are still thriving.

Enjoyed a quick lunch here today. I was looking for an independent restaurant after finishing my golf round at Shawnee. I enjoyed honey bbq chicken wrap and some applesauce.Place your order at the main counter and they bring it to your table. They were quick, polite and the Medel was tasty. The lunch menu selection had many sandwich options. Enjoy.

I was driving around after an appointment in Oakwood with my son looking for a place to eat. We saw this diner and decided to give it a try. The parking is terrible! It's on a corner of a busy street. It's hard to get in and out of. We visited around 1:45pm on a Friday. The decor inside was nice and the place looked clean. Staff was friendly. However, the food wasn't good. It cost $28 for my son and I to eat plus get icecream. That is high for what we got. The icecream was delicious, but it's hard to mess up ice cream lol you just scoop it. My son ordered the breakfast platter 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, and 2 slices of toast. He didn't really care for it. The eggs and sausage didnt taste good to him. He took a few bites and took the rest home. I ordered the Italian vegetarian sandwich with a side of macaroni salad. Idk if they always serve that sandwich cold, but that's how mine was. It was huge chunks of cold mozzarella cheese topped with cold tomatoes. I was starving so I ate half. I took the other half home and warmed it up and it was delicious. If it lets me post pictures on here I will. They do have a nice display of desserts, but they all look store bought. This Cafe is a little over an hour from my home. I definitely won't be trying this place again.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich was terribleParking: Located on the corner of a busy street.
