Customer service is so terrible, the women who work here never smile, never have any personality and always have attitudes. I understand the food is good but honestly with terrible customer service you will lose the customer. Please hire people who are personable and have customer service skills because ordering inside the restaurant feels like you’re a burden to the person taking the order. Truly pitiful. Also don’t order food from DoorDash or Uber Eats because something is always missing or always wrong. Multiple times I’ve tried to support this restaurant, sometimes they do good but most times it’s always something forgotten or left out that I cannot receive a refund or a remake for. It’s a hit or miss honestly depends on how the chef is feeling 🥴

It was my first time eating here me and the Wife 1. They young lady behind the counter was patient and told us we can sit with the menu even directed us to also checkout Instagram for pictures she was extremely professional and helpful
2. The food was Awesome and portion was Great so you get the bang for your buck
3. The downside plastic utensil and you have to pay for everything you drink even water 4. Would I come back absolutely Even the chef came out

brunchology is absolutely phenomenal! the vibes are unmatched and the energy is everything. now let’s talk about the food the shrimp and grits are a whole experience. a true chef’s kiss! perfectly seasoned, rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor in every single bite. you can taste the passion and creativity in the dish. this spot is top tier and easily 5 stars across the board. i’m already counting down the days until i’m back! thu just don’t offer dine in on weekends and i can understand why they are super busy on weekends.

It bangs, you better go get you some. No dining on Saturday or Sunday. Take out only. Good customer service, great food. The shrimp and grits are a little spicy for me. It has real peppers in it. My man got a burger and fries. Fries are very flavorful. Burger looked great. He ate it pretty quickly 👍🏽
