I ordered 2 whopper jr.s without tomato & onion and extra pickles and both came with onions only no pickles. French fries were great.

Ordered $40 worth of food , they shorted me 2 large onion rings.. it sucks when they can't get things right..I will think twice before I spend any more money there

Ah, yes, Burger King. Wildly inconsistent in terms of food and service.
Getting drive-thru? Be warned: After paying, you may be asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to park in a handicap space while they prepare your food. Once parked, expect to wait up to an hour for your food -- they move at a leisurely pace.
You're right -- probably better to just go inside and order. Walk up to one of their kiosks. The floor is sticky beneath your feet. The kiosk screen is clouded with the fingerprints of the hundreds of customers that preceded you (maybe bring some of that good ol' hand sanitizer). Order's in? Congratulations -- now you may only have to wait fifteen minutes.
Did you order a fountain drink? Go ahead and pour it up at their fountain drink machine. Yeah, the button's sticky. Yeah, the screen is smudgy with fingerprints. Yeah, the screen does not respond to your touch. Yeah, it's likely they won't have the flavor you want. It's fine. Settle for your fourth choice and move on. Food's ready. You might say thank you, and they may ignore you.
No, no. You aren't going to eat here. There's trash on the floor; a napkin here, a straw wrapper there. The table tops are sticky. It feels kind of gross. You'll eat in your car. You'd take it home to eat, but you don't want others to know what you've done.
Yes, these are all observations from my worst experiences at Bedford Burger King.
They appear to have a hard time retaining good employees. It seems every month or two there's an entirely new crew running the place. Workers sometimes appear in tired street clothes, or unlaundered uniforms, raising the specter of bad employee hygiene.
All this being said, there are occasions on which I am greeted warmly and served immediately. My order is correct, my food is hot and delicious, the staff are friendly and polite, and I get to thinking, "Hey, maybe they're turning things around in there. Thank goodness."
And then I go in a week or two later, and it's not so good. They forget parts of my order. The fries are limp and cold. I'm waiting a long time. I hate to say it, but these experiences occur a lot more frequently than the good ones.
I think that when it gets down to it, times are too dang tough to spend money at any Burger King. I mean, a Whopper Meal can set you back $15+. What's that? You want to feed your wife/husband and two kids? That's $40 - $60 now. Good Lord. And it's not like this is good, nutritious food. It's bad for you. And we all know that. That's the whole point at BK. It's supposed to be quick, cheap garbage that tastes good -- "quick" being the operative word here. The quicker you get your garbage and eat it, the less time you spend feeling guilty for wasting money on it.
At Bedford Burger King, you'll get slow, expensive garbage that might taste okay. You can probably go get a real burger at a real sit-down restaurant for a few dollars more, and it will taste good, and the server will be nice to you.
So yeah, roll the dice at Bedford Burger King.

This place claims to be open 24 hours, but they are never open 24 hours ever. The people there are rude and racist. It seems like in addition to that if they are open and even responding at the drive through window, they're only doing doordash orders, and they will turn you away with attitude

I placed my order at around 12:30 am this morning and pulled through to the window to pay. No one would come to the window. Two people looked at me but no one came to the window and spoke to me. After more than ten minutes I gave up and left. There wasn't a single customer in front of me or behind me. Absolutely no excuse. I was very disappointed.

always slow, always wrong, always cold. never order the Mozzarella fries because each time they will put in cold chicken fries hoping you wont notice
I pulled up to the window to get my order. The lady was very rude! I was in the car alone & had 2 large drinks so I asked if I could please have a cup holder. She said "I'll give you one" as she proceeded to hand me the drinks & bag. I politely asked if she could please put the drinks in the cup holder. She rudely said "I'm gone give it to you o do it". So I had to sit & figure out how to assemble the cup holder with 1 hand to place my own drinks in it. Very poor customer service! She wasn't even in uniform!

This Burger King is the worst. I can never get no hot food from here. Every time I place an order I ask for the food to be made fresh…..they are incompetent. They have also gave me the wrong order on several occasions. Who do you guys have running your business in the ground.

Both drive through women were slow, uncouth, dirty, and rude. Orders were incorrect and nasty. This is the nastiest Burger King on this side of town. I will drive the extra few mins for fresh food and service at the rockside road location in Bedfor hts. I don’t know how this location is open, and the outside is dirty and small, this place must have new management that doesn’t care because bout 2 yrs ago this was a great place

the young man working the first window was super nice but the young lady was incredibly rude. Our order was completely wrong - half of our fries were incredibly old onion rings and the fries were also super old.

The people that work here don’t care at all about you or your food. There drink machine was completely out of any and all drinks and ice, they also didn’t care to refill it. Wouldn’t take my order at the counter even tho they weren’t busy. Just complete and udder laziness
