it’s Burger King. I’m not expecting a lot, but I did wait for 35 minutes for one chicken sandwich one time and there was nobody in front of me and nobody behind me, I eventually just drove off and when I did what I seen in the window was a whole bunch of teenage boys messing around

I only have 30 minutes for lunch. Waiting at the counter, being ignored for 15 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. Refunded through the app. Never coming back.

Got a mobile order from this location. Tots were stale and cold. Fries were cold. One burger was supposed to just be low carb and all they did was put a burger patty in a box. I won't even touch the other one. This is absolutely ridiculous. When you have little to no customers, it shouldn't take an hour to make the food and it is still cold.

Why do these ppl work there if thats not what they want you got dude on mic laughing playing but yet talking low as hell can barely hear him I'm thinking its a teen no its a old cat that should know better but guess thats what you get when you assume than to get the order wrong twice. Too grown to be a child at work
I hate this Burger King for the life of me. It’s always something, they don’t have this they don’t have that. UNLESS my guy Q is there, he is the most friendliest helpful person there, and he’s fast and he makes sure my order is right. He is probably the only reason I will go there. If he’s not there, it’s garbage. If I was rating Q for BK it would be all 5 stars and above, but if he’s not there I wouldn’t even give a half of a star.

we ordered online, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Once we got to the second window the lady said “you need to come inside, the order is too big and it’s not even ready” keep in mind we placed the order an hour ago.The lady was extremely unpleasant and had an attitude.
