Came here to get a burger they tell me there out of meat, how are you out of meat & this is “Burger King” & the manager Malissa is so uneducated & slow i asked her could she provide something else & she declined due to price difference even tho what i ordered is almost $10 & it’s 1am. This store is always unprofessional i wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t make it another year the reviews speak for themselves

It really wasn't that busy, yet we waited 30+ minutes for not that much food. There was only one person in the back making food. So I guess maybe he did his best.
Extremely disorganized, just the entire time the staff yelling at each other what's missing and what they need. I don't understand how it could be this disorganized.
The fries were half raw, as if they pulled them out of the oil too early, or the oil wasn't up to proper temperature. The onion rings were also very soggy.
Overall, I just hope I can save at least one person from coming to this place

Asked for no lettuce on my chicken jr, got lettuce on it. Boyfriend wanted pickle and mustard added to it, no mustard or pickle. Waited at least 10 minutes for what we thought was going to be a quick stop since he was on the clock, but nope. So wrong, and they weren't even busy. They can't read an order, and we'll probably never get our $12 back. Do better, hire people who can read. This is why no one likes Bedford. Employees are probably too high to be able to read.

Yes my name is Mr Jerome from Cleveland Ohio I just approached the intercon where they actually take the order for food and the woman answered and indicated to me that because they are short staffed they are not taking any orders currently right now the time is 7:12 pm location is downtown Bedford Ohio location this is unbelievable horrible customer service

I would give this zero reviews I’d I could did not receive the meal I paid for did not receive the shake or Sunday and my boyfriends sandwich was made wrong a refund is not enough I’m very upset and will NEVER be giving THIS Burger King business EVER again
Not bad food, but every time i order mozzarella fries, or nuggets they can never seem to add sauce. Not to mention there was ONE car ahead of me and I waited 20 mins. Do better, you get paid for this. Do your damn job right.

Absolutely Disgusted with Today’s Experience
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited Burger King today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. While trying to place my order, I was repeatedly cut off mid-sentence by the man taking orders. I noticed that my order was coming up wrong on the screen, so I politely tried to clarify — but instead of listening, he began using profanity and talking over me, clearly annoyed that I was trying to correct the mistake.
He actually told me to either “pull off” or “just keep placing my order,” as if I was the problem for trying to ensure I got what I paid for. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude or language, and the level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable.
I don’t expect five-star service at a drive-thru, but I do expect basic respect and the ability to speak without being cussed at or dismissed. Management needs to seriously retrain their staff — or replace the ones who think treating customers like this is okay. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere, too.

Young kids make restraunt horrible long line food never hot 🔥 workers except old black guy manger always has a attitude. Expect to have them pull u around long line or not

Never fails to have terrible service at this Burger King. It does not matter when you go whether they’re busy or not you sit in the drive-through line for a minimum of 25 minutes.
I would give it a no star if I could everytime i go there my order have pickles juice on it because instead of just making a fresh burger they just take the pickles off and im allergic to pickles now I'm in the ER with a swollen tongue and itchy throat this is too many times this store has done this my lawyer will be contacting you
