I just left there. First I only got the fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Then I asked for the rest of my order. I get home and I had the 4 orders of chicken nuggets but NOT the 2 double cheeseburgers. I tried to call no answer. I’m willing to go back but only if I can get the food.

Waiting 30 min for 3 cars ahead of me is unacceptable. Serving cold food that has been sitting for a while, unacceptable as well. Is it really that hard to make food as if you parents are getting it. Everyone of yous suck. The management is terrible

This location seems to have vastly improved. My most recent visit was after 10 pm. inside the store on Sunday or Monday, and the order had four customized items. It was made quickly and was correct. Used to be that could've been 30 minutes plus wait, this time was 5-10mins. Pls keep it up

Several times in a row I've stopped late at night and haven't been able to get service for one reason or another. Tonight it was "its going to be a 15 minute wait and it's exact change" without even hearing my order, last time it was "our systems are down" and the time before that "all the grills are down, only fryers working" Why even bother staying open 24 hours if you can't actually serve people 24 hours.

Terrible customer service. They do not take orders at the counter. There was an elderly woman who wanted to order food and they told her she has to use the kiosk. When she said she didn't know how to use it, the woman behind the counter walked away and ignored her for a solid 5 minutes while the would-be customer waited patiently. She walked out without placing an order after another employee told her she had to use the kiosk to order. Said employee then mocked the woman for not knowing how to use the kiosk. I will not be back.
