I am a big fan of the chain. Great food quality! However, my most recent 3 visits to the Bedford store have resulted in disappointing customer experiences. Each time my order was not ready, even beyond the time quoted when I called in my order. With the most recent 2 visits (including today) the wings for my order were never even prepared.
This evening, I was told 40 min over the phone, but given my previous experiences, I took 60 minutes to arrive…to my incomplete order (pizza, no wings). Disappointed again, I chose to just pay for the pizza and leave; yet, no consolation was offered, nor provided once I requested it. Rather, the male worker answered me with “are you going to tip me”. Unacceptable.
One of the drivers attempted to be accommodating, and did offer to bring me the rest of my order, but I declined. I appreciated the gesture nonetheless.

The WINNNNGS were sooo good! not all wings are created equal and these wings were really good! I like how they were crispy and flavorful and not salty or overbearing with the seasoning. The pizza was amazing but I’m guessing you guys already know that ?

I called this evening to order a pizza using the VIP BOGO deal that was emailed to me, valid only for 10/21, and was told that this location doesn't honor the coupon. I asked when they stopped accepting VIP deals, and the employee claimed the manager said they never accepted them. I explained that this wasn't true, as I have been using my VIP coupons at this location since 2012 without any issues.

We love getting pizza here. They also have good chicken & jojos. We've never really had a bad pizza, they are consistently very good. We get the sheet pizza for parties too. Good pizza & friendly service. Some coupons & daily deals on their website too!

Came in for a pickup order on a very busy Friday night. Ordered by phone, they accidentally made “white” sauce instead of “light red” sauce. The man at the counter immediately apologized and got my correct pizza in the works. Only waited 12 minutes for new pizza amongst a continuous crowd. Pizza was hot and delicious. No complaints on my end. Very busy night with quick, courteous resolution. Staff was working non-stop. Will visit again.

I came in about 25 minutes before they closed tonight and left out with the best pizza I had in my life!!! Never have I ever went to a place right before it closed and got the best service of my life!! Everyone in there deserves a raise if they already got one then double it!! Hat's off to the GM he is very friendly and he has a wonderful team!!
The food at Gionino's is fantastic. As someone from Buffalo, I can say this is the only pizza and wings around that comes close to what I'm used to. The staff is nice and friendly, just what you'd expect from a good pizza place. My only issue is that online ordering has been disabled at this location for a while now. It would be much more convenient if ordering was easier.

I order 6 hot wings well done ex crispy, they poured the bottle over into my box then had the nerve to tell me to get the sauce on the side how about not pouring the whole damn bottle on my wings where they soggy, they should’ve remade the order like th sign says that’s posted on the counter never again a waste of $8!!
