I went there Saturday August 16th after attending the Pagan Pride and ordered chicken tenders and jojos. The pizza looked and smelled delicious. They were very busy. Staff is friendly and hard working. They apologized for it taking longer than usual but it was at 4pm and they were slammed. The three huge tenders were crispy and delicious. The coating is amazing. 6 large jojos and after being in the sun and heat all day I was starving. I always order food here every year after attending Pagan Pride. They let us park in their huge lot so we make sure to buy food there. One of the best gioninos that I have ordered from.

WENT FROM EXCELLENT TO EMBARRASSING
Over 10 years of weekly orders, now wasted. Constant mistakes, long-standing requests ignored, and rude staff who blame customers instead of apologizing. This is not the Gionino’s it used to be. Save yourself the frustration, if you want the great service and pizza they used to have here, go to the Solon location instead. They still do it right!

I have to honestly say this used to be one of my favorite pizza spots. Some of the workers look dirty while serving food just a turn off. The food isn't as good anymore. The food and customer service sucks, not professional. I tried to give them another chance three times and that's way too many chances. Just a lot of unprofessionalism. I think i'm gonna start taking my business elsewhere. I ordered wings and they had them cook like bricks. I had to return them and get a new order. My mom ordered pizza, It was burnt on the bottom. It's like they don't care anymore. It seems like they care more about quantity but not the quality of the food. They were so good about 4 or 5 years ago. This was a good spot now they suck. I asked for Cajun Wings, it's like they opened the top on the seasoning and just dumped it in the box on the chicken. It's an African American younger lady who normally work the register she's pretty nice and friendly. I can't remember her name. Whomever the owner is, he/she definitely need to be there checking on the establishment.

Food was pre-ordered for a 4:30 pick up. Arrived at 4:45 and food was not ready. I was told 10 minutes and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food.

The salad was terrible! Lettuce tomato sliced in half white cheese. Nothing else. Pizza was dry and overcooked.
Never again soggy pizza crust and it got me sick I caught the worst cold right after like somebody’s hands we’re not clean

This was my first time here. They do not sell pizza by the slice here however the food was really good and is always made fresh in house. I ordered the lunch special for $2.95 very good deal.
If I could give zeros I would. I went in today after calling in my order. As I pull up there is a guy in the back with the uniform on smoking by the bar next door. I go inside to a lobby of waiting customers. As we are waiting to pay the guy from outside walks in and goes straight to the chicken without washing his hands or putting on gloves. He appears to be wobbling and unstable so the manger tells him to get on the phone not chicken. He proceeds to grab the arm of the young lady that took our payment and get in her face screaming he was doing chicken. The manager again tells for him to get on the phone and the young lady tells us our chicken isn’t done it’s going to be 15 mins. The guy from outside that we now know as Steve proceeds again to try and do chicken and another customers screams no Steve is touching the chicken he didn’t wash his hands. At this time I asked for the manager and a guy in the back tells he is the manager. I state I would rather have a refund based on all of the insanitary things that I saw. He states that he doesn’t do refunds I asked why he said he doesn’t do them. I said where does it say that. He had no answer. I asked for the owner name he then gets smart and says he doesn’t know it. At this point I’m livid because now your lying and playing games. So after watching all of the nasty things go on I’m supposed to accept this food and not get my $49 back that we just paid. I wouldn’t feed my dog food out of this place. He put Steve on the phones and he literally had to use the table to hold himself up he was so drunk.
