I walked into this restaurant on a bit so busy Sunday early afternoon. My son and I haven’t even sat at the table and the server came to us asking what we wanted to drink. I asked her if she can give us a minute to view the menu and she said you want me to bring y’all some water. I agreed and said yes that’s fine, once she brought the water I asked for hot water, she said ok, didn’t see her again, we waited 10minutes she never returned and she was walking around talking to her co workers. My son and I left and while we were leaving , the (what seemed to look like the manger) told us to have a great day. I told him we are leaving brave the server never came to take out order. He rolled his eyes and said how can I help you to the next person that walked in the door. Horrible experience I will never return to this location.

FILTHY! And it smelled like musk or urine seats were filthy and tore up. Table didn’t looked wiped down and plates and silverware were not that clean. Service was great though nice waitress.

When I first walked in, I asked the lady if we sit ourselves or do we have to wait to be seated. She had an attitude she walked us to our table. She yelled across the room to other other "aye this table is you" the other walker was like "no I had the last one" so another worker walked up and said "I will take it" I appreciate her she was nice I wish I would've asked for her name. I gave her a big tip. The food was great, though.

I put in a morning pick order online, and there was no way to leave a message in the order. I tried calling in, but no one picked up and actually they kept disconnecting the phone as it rang. I called several times. When I went to pick up my oder, the girl hostess did not greet me, was not nice at all, showed me no response whenI told her I tried to call in about my order and got hung up on. I told her I wanted my eggs scrambled soft, she did not acknowledge it, she did not thank me for my order. She gave horrible service. She obvious don't like her job. I hope they will get rid of her. They will continue to loose business if she stays around. Soooo sad!
I went to the Bedford branch this morning, the customer service was very poor the restaurant and condiments were not clean found a piece of hair in my eggs my order was incorrect it was my first time there and it was a bad experience

We thought this place was good to eat. We are Hispanics and their servers show preference for their own kind. We got there waited, never asked us what we wanted to drink, 7 min later came 2 people with their same skin color and immediately were served asking them what they wanted to drink. Racism? I believe so.

My pancakes were cold,there was skin in my water, eggs were cold, Hot Chocolate Was Fine, French Toast Was Cold, There's A Linking Water Coming Out The Ceiling, Way Too Cold In Here, Syrup Container Was Broke. My Overall Experience Here Was Bad I Don't Recommend Coming Here. And Also Their Was Literally Nobody Here It's Like A Ghost Town In Here. And Floors Were Disgusting And Slippery. Service Was Unbelievable And Unbearable Slow.
