Los Gallos Mexican Restaurant

Food was ok but everyone in there working was on there phones the hole entered time.

We ordered takeout. We got 3 tacos stuck together...
We called the restaurant and they said yeah that happens you should have asked for them to be packed individually....
If you have a known problem, wouldn't you pack it so it wouldn't be a problem for the customer?

They just don't care.

Food was not good as it use to be will never return for food. Frozen margaritas was still on point. Also staff sucked so I didn't tip next day they added 2$ to me and my nephew bill for tip that was not authorized

Solid service and atmosphere. Tbh, my food was all overly salty, but I could see it being better on another occasion.

The food is horrible the manager is rude they do not understand English and they refuse to refund the food. The female manager who would not give her name said oh that happens with tacos when we serve them like that because they start hard and then they turn wet and soggy and that we could make them with separate ingredients so that you can make your tacos yourself off site.... And the guacamole you ordered was not the appetizer and that we got what they call fresh guacamole and yet it looks like garbage as you can see in the photograph complete mush everything. Don't take my word for it look at these pictures do not eat here this is a bad bad bad bad bad place.

Food and service was fine. The atmosphere was weird, the lighting was wonky and made the food look funny, the music was too loud and went from typical Latin Mexican restaurant music to hardcore rap with vulgar lyrics. It was fine because we are adults but definitely not what I was expecting to hear at a restaurant. Because of the volume we had to talk loudly to each other and so did the people around us which meant we heard a very personal conversation from a couple women at another table. Just uncomfortable.

I came in today for takeout. I got the mexican noodles, bone in chicken wings, peanut butter cake slice, and a margarita. Everything was very good. The customer service was amazing. The woman running the place is a whole vibe! She's amazing. Thank you so much! I will be back!

Authentic Mexican food, in a colorfully decorated restaurant and bar! Great service too!

The food was ok, they do not put much on your plate(small portions). The service was horrible.

I truly wish I could give 10 stars for service. We came in with two kids under 5, post hike at Bedford creek, right before nap time, and they were INCREDIBLY warm and attentive. Also, the food was perfect! Everything well seasoned, wings perfectly fried, portions were great. Will be coming back.
Our girls left their bracelet and a rock and they came back out to get them to us. The rock was thrown away and they got it out and washed it. We are thoroughly embarrassed but incredibly grateful!!!!

Never had Mexican Ceviche before. Dang, it's good!! Super cold, light, avocados, mangos, shrimp, red onion, lime, cilantro Awesome!!!
(Tacos rock too!)

Extremely over priced. Service is decent but the prices are ridiculous. They charged me 19.99 for 1 single Long Island. I even questioned them and they said that is the normal price here. Price gauging at its finest. Would advise not visiting here!
