Horrible unprofessional manager wanted to yell and argue with me because I missed the call by 1 minute for my delivery order I tried to call back but the # takes you to the store which then had me on hold for 15 mins. She then blocked my card thinking that I wouldn’t be able to place another order, they just hiring anybody now a days.

Update: so I ordered the all meat pizza from the Broadview Rd location last week and it was fantastic so I figured hey let's try it this location again so I went ahead and ordered the same exact all meat pizza and I was so disappointed, first thing I noticed was the extremely sad dough, it was super flat and extra soggy! I guess they are trying to save on Ingredients, so the second thing was that it was so salty I could only eat 2 slices, this pizza was a HOT SLOPPY MESS. Fortunately for me I have moved to a location that will allow me to order from another store, I know went with this place because it was the default selection on Uber eats so I will absolutely order from the other store, this one is dead to me! ☠️

Ordered my dlfood online. Was given a est of 1/2hr to 45 min. Saw on the order track that 8t was delivered and no delivery. Upon calling the store, they said the driver just left. (25 -30 min after ordering) after 30 more minutes I called again and was told the same thing the driver just left. I asked if they can contact the driver and get an eta. They hung up on me.

I could understand short staff and being busy but could you atleast tell us that our food will be late? I ordered for pizza delivery and got the update that it was on the way. It mever came. We waited 2 hours until finally we called. The staff kept picking up the phone and putting us on hold for almost 10 minutes ( we called about 3 times !) I finally decided to drive to the store and ask for a refund. When I arrived I could see there were 3 staff members working. It did calm me down a bit because I understand how it feels to be busy and understaffed but after looking around I saw the woman there did not have any gloves on while putting pepperoni on the pizza! Finally someone came to take my order which I told them I would like a refund for the 2 hour rate but the staff member told me I could only receive credit. I told him no. There's no point because I will no longer be ordering here

This place regularly takes over an hour to deliver (if they do at all) despite being less than half a mile away. Most recently tried doing a pickup order, I showed up five minutes after my pickup time and they hadn’t even started making my order. Take your business elsewhere, this place sucks.

This place is known for horrible hygiene. They have cockroach traps everywhere, touch pizza after handling money, and leave out the fresh food for hours letting it get warm and nasty and still serve it to customers. Do not eat here ever, I caught a few of them inebriated/intoxicated even the children working here
Marco’s in Bedford used to have the best pizza around. I ordered my usual last week. When it came, it had nearly zero pizza sauce. I showed up yesterday with the pizza, to show them - so they made a replacement pizza on the spot. (I was the only one there.) When I got home, I saw this one also had almost no sauce ! Just melted cheese on dough, with a little bit of red sauce here & there.

The worse I ever had Been buying from this location for 20 yrs. I could hardly see the pepperoni.the people preparing this didn’t wear gloves. This was Saturday November 9 2024 at 7 pm. I talked to the manager offered me a credit. I’m so disappointed.
