I ordered two pizzas yesterday and i even got notifications updating me on my order telling me when they started making it and when they finished. When I went to pick up my pizza the door was locked and the man inside looked at me and walked to the back completely ignoring me. He eventually came back and saw me there and told me through hand motions that they were closed. this happened at least an hour before the closing time listed on their website and google. I don't understand why i was sent notification about the progression of my pizza when that employee clearly didn't make it and knew he was going to close early. I put my contact information in when i ordered the pizza so there was no reason he couldn't have at least called a head of time to tell me they were closing early and would t be fulfilling my order. I wasted my gas driving there and back only to end up with no pizza. It's very rude and unprofessional and it's not the first time i've had a bad experience there. would not recommend this location.

I’m beyond frustrated with this location. Whoever is managing the night shift needs to be replaced immediately. This is the third time in two weeks I’ve ordered delivery and never received my food.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a large pizza and crazy bread through the Marcos app. After waiting longer than usual, I called to check on the order (since the last two times this exact issue happened). The same young man answered the phone with an attitude, told me they were “closed,” and when I explained that I had ordered before closing and just wanted to know where my food was, he hung up on me mid-sentence.
He offered no refund, no explanation, and no help—just said DoorDash had my order, but gave me no way to contact them. When I tried to call back multiple times, they refused to answer. It’s now been over 3 hours. I even waited outside in the rain thinking maybe it was still coming—nothing.
The last two times this happened, I ended up having to drive to the store to pick up my order myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. But tonight I received neither food nor refund. They literally just took my money and hung up on me.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, you’re honestly better off ordering through DoorDash directly—at least you’ll actually get your refund if something goes wrong.

Only because a reply was required to leave a content! The absolute worst excuse for pizza dough i have ever experienced. The cheese CAN NOT BE REAL it was like shoe leather. Thankfully I didn't spend much to realize NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I ordered two large pizzas have 15 boneless wings and I ended up getting 15 traditional wings I would think that employees would double check the order before being delivered I would never come back again this is the second time that you guys messed up

Horrible unprofessional manager wanted to yell and argue with me because I missed the call by 1 minute for my delivery order I tried to call back but the # takes you to the store which then had me on hold for 15 mins. She then blocked my card thinking that I wouldn’t be able to place another order, they just hiring anybody now a days.

Update: so I ordered the all meat pizza from the Broadview Rd location last week and it was fantastic so I figured hey let's try it this location again so I went ahead and ordered the same exact all meat pizza and I was so disappointed, first thing I noticed was the extremely sad dough, it was super flat and extra soggy! I guess they are trying to save on Ingredients, so the second thing was that it was so salty I could only eat 2 slices, this pizza was a HOT SLOPPY MESS. Fortunately for me I have moved to a location that will allow me to order from another store, I know went with this place because it was the default selection on Uber eats so I will absolutely order from the other store, this one is dead to me! ☠️

Best local pizza shop in Bedford Ohio. The staff is fun, kind, always willing to serve the customer. Generous portions, food quality is consistent and management is top tier!
Ordered my dlfood online. Was given a est of 1/2hr to 45 min. Saw on the order track that 8t was delivered and no delivery. Upon calling the store, they said the driver just left. (25 -30 min after ordering) after 30 more minutes I called again and was told the same thing the driver just left. I asked if they can contact the driver and get an eta. They hung up on me.
I could understand short staff and being busy but could you atleast tell us that our food will be late? I ordered for pizza delivery and got the update that it was on the way. It mever came. We waited 2 hours until finally we called. The staff kept picking up the phone and putting us on hold for almost 10 minutes ( we called about 3 times !) I finally decided to drive to the store and ask for a refund. When I arrived I could see there were 3 staff members working. It did calm me down a bit because I understand how it feels to be busy and understaffed but after looking around I saw the woman there did not have any gloves on while putting pepperoni on the pizza! Finally someone came to take my order which I told them I would like a refund for the 2 hour rate but the staff member told me I could only receive credit. I told him no. There's no point because I will no longer be ordering here
This place regularly takes over an hour to deliver (if they do at all) despite being less than half a mile away. Most recently tried doing a pickup order, I showed up five minutes after my pickup time and they hadn’t even started making my order. Take your business elsewhere, this place sucks.
My food wasn't done. I bit into raw dough.
