Hello so I did an online order 03/10/2024 @10pm. I got the order confirmation and everything sent to my email. At 10:51 I called the store to ask about my order and the guy who answered knew my order my name and that my order was for delivery. But then said we aren’t accepting anymore orders today. So I said well my order has been placed for almost an hour why didn’t you all call or contact me. He said we canceled your order I said but without any contact and me and my children has been waiting an hour. Then he hung up the phone on me. That was horrible customer care and service. No hospitality at all. I am very upset. The situation should have been handled differently. I will be visiting the Bedford location on center road tomorrow.

Never pick up phone just keep putting you on hold this went on for hours. I decided to order online it's a hour past my delivery time they won't answer the phone now I have to pack up kids and go see where our food is..... the

My order was not what I asked for, when I called to complain, the person I talked to had an attitude, was very unpleasant, showed no remorse about messing up my order, then offered a $10 credit, when I told her the 10 credit wouldn’t help me because I’m not sure I will order from them again. She said” oh well” and hung up on me. Obviously don’t care about losing a customer. SMH, I used to be a frequent customer of this location, but the service is jacked up now, to say the least!!!!

Late night Burger King I went to was taking so long so I call Marco last minute and they told me to come on in and mad fresh pizza and wings and took less than what I waited at BK and had amazing attitudes about even around the holiday. Me and mom appreciate you guys.

Be prepared to wait over an hour and have your order butchered, on three separate orders this happened. Not worth it and will not be ordering Marco's ever again.Pizza is cold now ofc after over an hour past the estimated time. Buffalo pizzoli has no buffalo sauce at all, the spinach on the order was supposed to be half the pizza not all, crust has no garlic nor was garlic sauce included, both are listed on the website so ofc part of the meal charge. What a scam

Me and a coworker went to this location today for lunch we ordered wings and pizza the lady Tia house had a terrible attitude from the start she gave us burnt wings we asked if they could be remade she started slamming the wings on the counter and shows us a bucket of wings stating there gonna be burnt regardless if I refix them I told her to just give me a refund she still was screaming and having a attitude this experience was not good and I will be calling corporate she states she is the manager if this is true no manger should treat any customer with disrespect I got today

Been going here for a while now. Finally got the app and registered. Because this place has good PIZZA!! Just finished a slice of Pepperoni and Old World Pepperoni! ??

WOW the service at this location is horrible waited over 50 minutes for my pizza after the time it was supposed to be ready. The managers are part of the problem. come to find out my pizza was on the rack the whole time and was cold when i received it. after telling the manager i wouldn't be back she said good i wont wait on you and don't come back. I was blessed out for complaining about waiting almost and hour for my pizza. With all of the negative reviews this location has i dont see why anyone would order there again since pizza hut papa johns and zeppies is right up the street. if you like their pizza try their Turney location for better service.

Marcos manager Very much so unprofessional...Food not as ordered, rude service. Asked me to come in even though i ordered delivery. Pizza was barely cut. Totally unsatisfied with this costumer service. I placed my order at 8:37 hour late... PERRY the "Manager" rude as ever. And had an attitude with me because I was unsatisfied when pizza was not cut. So hostel she needs retraining if you ask me... the delivery driver was fine that's the only good thing I can say about this. That manager definitely makes me want to never order from them again. Jus sad
