This food is TERRIBLE.. the food was terrible. Eveything tasted OLD and unfresh...I HAVE HAD OTHER Mr. Heros and they are by far made with fresh ingredients and the bread taste much much fresher than this one located on Northfield Road in bedford... If you Drive a little further you will reach the one in SOUTH GATE PLAZA and they are great with service and food freshness... Another good tasting MR. Heros is located on Broadway in Maple. THERE food is good also... That is a learning lesson with trying a new spot when I already have a good one that can't be beat.. Trying new thing is always a great idea.. But thus place I will never visit again...

I always go hear when I have a Mr hero craving. I live within a short driving distance of 3. I absolutely love the service there I get from the owner. Very nice and when he makes our sandwiches they are guaranteed to exceed my expectations. This particular day I went in and 2 new faces. I ordered cheesesteaks double cheese extra mayo and recieved neither. I went back up the next day to show pictures of what i recieved the employee was apologetic and asked could i come back when her manager was there. I went back and the woman manager was the rudest I have ever encountered. I showed her what I recieved and that was my husband's lunch. I couldn't very well ask him not to eat after working long hours. If it wasnt for the employee saying I came back up there this woman would have continued to yell at me. Then the manager proceeded to charge me half price for the sandwiches that I didn't recieve correctly in the first place. When I recieved my food I stated that I felt it to be unfair that I had to pay for sandwiches that was not prepared correctly in the first place. This woman yelled at me as if I was her child. Also I am entitled to have my food prepared properly without being charged for you to make it again. I will NEVER walk into this place again. That's unfortunate for the past 5 years I have never encountered any problems this experience over shadowed all of the great service I have recieved in the past. All over sandwiches with no mayo and I paid for extra mayo and extra cheese.

Horrendous. Pick literally any other location to go to. Management here is terrible. The women working the register are sweet as can be, but their boss berates them loudly and it’s highly uncomfortable. When I spoke up about it, he claims to “own” them and that it’s none of my business. Sickening. I left without even eating/receiving the food I paid for, couldn’t deal with the outrageous behavior from the owner/manager. Seems this guy has a problem with women, he needs a lesson on respect and human decency.

The food was good the first two times but the girl working the front desk needs to learn english. I told her i wanted a cheeseburger sub and she replied "cheese steak sub." I then repeated myself "cheeseburger" and she said ok. Just for me to recieve a cheese steak sub. Then she was rude and told me i said cheese steak when i infact did not say that.
