Service was terrible. The lady did not greet me at all and waited about 5-8 minutes before she decided to take my order. (Me thinking she may have been trying to deliver something for the location come to find out it was a personal call she was on with her AirPods) She was on the phone with someone the entire time I ordered and the lady after me ordered. Not only was she on the phone talking to whomever she was talking to but she continuously kept forgetting what I asked so I had to repeat myself too many times, she moved very slow and careless, and also got an attitude and rolled her eyes because I asked for just the bacon to be cooked and not the entire sandwich.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i ordered here online & the food i received was clearly old & has been sitting. i tasted it almost immediately, because they were closed by the time i got my food & i dont live in the area i tried to call multiple times, for an entire week with no answer. everytime i call im sent straight to voicemail like there’s nobody working or something. the location is terrible, i’m sure the staff don’t care, & the food could possibly get anyone sick. do not eat here!!

Shoutout to Subway Bedford in Northfield for the excellent service! My footlong turkey and bacon sandwich was made perfectly—just the way I wanted it. Fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. I’ll definitely be back!

Men's bathroom turned into a storage closet apparently, so I guess they only have the one bathroom. It's labeled as women's, but it's only one person at a time, so I guess it works. There's no lock on the inside of the bathroom though, so that's weird. The ice machine was broken on the soda fountain machine. Pretty sure that whole system needs looked at because the soda was completely flat. Not a great experience at all, but at least the food was decent. Typical Subway style food. Seems like the sandwiches are getting smaller though.
Parking: Decent parking lot. There's parking in the back of the front is full.
Ordered online for pickup at this location, about 8 min away. Pick up my order, nobody else here, and instead of getting a footlong combo that I paid for, I receive a 6". Called, the girl that's at the location said sorry, she can make a new one. So I drive back up to the place and she keeps smirking and apologizing. Not remaking the sandwich as a footlong, but another 6 inch. First time and last time at this location. She can keep smirking and laughing while losing customersEdit: got back home, opened the sandwich and found a hair.... Really? How can you mess up this bad on a 2 sandwich order that you already remade?! And smirk about it?
