Might as well just order bread at this place. They don’t even give you what you are supposed to get serving wise. 6 inch subs as flat as a piece of paper you ask for extra of something and they act like they don’t hear you and give you a small pinch. I’ll never go to this subway again this has been numerous times.

Met him once and overtime we became friends I think his customer service is really good and I never have had a bad experience being there since then :) 10/10 for me

One basic foot long sandwich, small drink, small bag of chips. $22. Simple corporate greed for a less than avg sub. Competitors are much less for the same food, but a better quality sub.

I work at Amazon. I order my food thru app so I can just pick up and go. When either of the ladies are working I get my sandwich or sandwiches no problem may have to wait a lil but not long. I did same yesterday went to pick up sandwich 1st the young man couldnt understand me saying my name. Just getting my order was frustrating. I get to truck and my hot sandwich was COLD! I go back on to correct issue young man argued to me that it was hot when it clearly wasn't after he touched it he says "I remember toasting this" I then had to wait to make another. He then puts my meat bake in the toaster not the microwave and then raises his voice at me while telling me to "touch the meat sir" repeatedly just by looking at meat no steam was coming off but the top was brown. I ask him just to put in microwave had to repeat that a few times as he was still yelling telling me to touch the meat. After he finally listens he starts my sandwich and when he got to the sauces he then tells me to wait til meat is done I tell him I want the sauce on 1st. Had to say this a few times also. He then puts a RIDICULOUS amount of both sauces on when i asked for a strip. he walks away and another young man finished my order. This young man shouldn't be working at the counter if he can't make a simple sandwich. Toasting and warming meat isn't the same. I won't be back here for awhile. If you walk in and see a young slim gentleman walk out and go somewhere else

Be prepared when ordering sandwiches that are supposed to have extra meat or double cheese they do not accommodate. I have to remind them every time and they look at me like I'm taking food off their dinner table. They give the smallest portions I've ever had at any Subway. This place is just cheap and now they have a metal cover over part of the counter so you can't see what they are doing when they are preparing your sandwich. It's just sketchy. I'm finally done after my last 8 bad experiences.

Doesn’t take coupons…blamed pandemic lol it’s been like that since I was little lol. But yeah also, the pickles don’t look right they look generic

Ordered online today and got the wrong sandwich. I decided to call the restaurant and was told I could get another sandwich made so I made sure to take pictures of the sandwich we had to that they could clarify it was the wrong one. When I get there though they tell me I needed to bring the other sandwich so that they could make me a new one. I don’t understand why they wanted it when it was already touched and open. Also I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me that over the phone before I got there. I’ve been going here for years and it was a very good place but since the pandemic things have truly changed in a terrible way at this restaurant. I will no longer buy food here
Best subs ever
I’ve order from this location several times. The last order was fine except I was missing an item. It was delivered to me and when I emailed support the only thing that was said to me was they were sorry. No attempt at even giving any sort of compensation for the issue. I responded back a two times and no one even responded. Very disappointed with the poor customer service!

Everything was fine the service and my sandwich.
I visit this Subway around once a week. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It seems to be that of a family business. The people care, and are always very welcoming. Even when training new folks they're extremely courteous and try to work with haste to get you back within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend.
