Our Mother's Day Visit at the Broiler 65 in Bedford Ohio it was an experience.The outside of the business was very warming .the inside of the establishment was Okay .About three or four TVs in The eating area And one pictures one the wall by the bath room..We arrived at 7:05 We were not greeted until 7:18 to 7:19 by staff . .We were asked if we were dining in or taken out we said dining in .We did'nt see staff come back until 7:30 and they said a table is being prepared for us there were only six other couples in the entire restaurant . I DONT KNOW WHY WE HAD TO WAIT ON A TABLE.So after a good amount of time had gone by the staff arrived back to us at the door at 8:05 to be seated .I asked the staff if I could do a Blog and do a review on the establishment they said okay so I started my review .After being seated the waitress came back at 8:14 and asked what we were drinking we said water and can we order .So at the table no silverware no napkins no drinks or anything for along .So at 8:37 Our waitress returns .She asked I thought someone took your order we forget that you guys were up here and I said to myself really I would like to go ahead and for a second time just place my order now she said she must get everything now we close at 9:00.So the food came out at 8:45 that was pretty quick See you soon thankSee you soon thank you Chef did a very good job on the food it was very tasty we asked for two sauces I don't know but I think they put both sauces in one bag I hate to say if someone ordered two Sauces and the other person was allergic .So We had to ask for napkins we had to ask for silverware we had to ask for plates to eat off of our food came out before our drinks . glasses of water So we exit The Establishment at around 9:14 all in all we think the location and the food are very good just need a staff overhaul .for a short time. 3 to 4 minutes there was not one staff person on the floor for 3 or 4 minutes .I will always support small businesses this was just my experience at the broil 65 .Great food hope to returnSee

With only 6 customers, including myself and two others, 40 minutes was a extremely long wait to receive your eat in order when ordering at 2:30pm. However, food was good when I received it!

I’ve enjoyed the food & customer service in the past, but it seems great service has been declining. I tried to support this establishment but this was my last visit. I was dining in when someone decided to mop the entire floor while people were eating. I’m no expert but I always thought this task was done at closing on before opening. I don’t like smelling pinesole while I’m eating & I definitely don’t appreciate a dirty mop bucket sitting by my table also. You guys must do better… it’s the simple things.

Whoever is responding is unprofessional and you you can read the reviews below how Ghetto the leadership is. Your reply is is a lie. My party came all together. You cook slow. Horrible. We were not comped anything! Lies.

I will continue to support locally owned businesses. However their Bedford location maybe not so much. Half of their menu is always not available or they are out of something. This experience has been consistent in occurrence. They don't have any crab crackers so you have to bite your way through it. Even having the plastic ones would be good. It takes forever to get your food, and that's the thing the food when you finally get it is off the hook. Would definitely frequent them more if it was just a little more put together. Will continue to support but I hope they get better with actually having the items listed on their menu be available. Or don't have a menu write on a board what is available that day so your patrons will know right away what you have.

First time eating here. I love seafood boils and they can be expensive. So it is important to me that it turns out really good because of the cost. The Boiler did not disappoint!! Will be back again. I wish I could have added a photo but all that was left was the shells.

I would really like the owners to get in touch with me this establishment is terrible , management is terrible , please don’t go up there , I ordered my food two days ago & they didn’t have the perch to give to me so the manager wouldn’t give me a refund & told me to call back to work something out. So today I called trying to get my dinner & I waited a HOUR for them to give me burnt perch with fries ONE PIECE OF PERCH OF A PERCH DINNER & IT WAS COLD with burnt green tomatoes. I called the manager & he asked me to bring it back to boiler 65 told him I wasn’t , this establishment is terrible I never had this problem at cedar or downtown. The owners need a new manager for this establishment I will never be back like ever & I always support black business.

My friend wanted to go for their catfish. It was mid afternoon, and the doors were locked. We called and were told they didn't open until 3pm! It was almost that time so we just waited about 10 minutes in the lot. Get inside and they didn't have any ice. I didn't even want a drink at that point. I wasn't hungry, so just got some chicken rolls and wings to go. The rolls are always good, never disappointed.

Enjoyed some great appetizers from ??? ?????? ?? yesternight. I ordered fried green tomatoes ? southern chicken rolls ? and lemonade ? ?. The green tomatoes were zesty and very palatable. I really got a kick out of the chicken rolls which were perfectly crunchy. The wait time was about 15mins, not too long. Definitely have to return to try other menu items. Good eats!

The food was really good and they give you a nice amount for what you pay. The staff was nice as well. The only issue I have with the place is that there seems to be no heat inside. It literally feels like you're outside when sitting in there. Looking around pretty much everyone was eating in their coats and hats. If they fix that, it would be great!

Pretty nice setup used to be an old Applebee's same atmosphere great seafood a bit of an urban hip hop vibe but it's ok has a bar not a full one but still a good place for lunch but don't go there if your starving lol.
