ordered a pizza calling on the phone and a sub sandwich yesterday around 2:00 p.m. Friday afternoon The phone rang and rang and after a while someone answered said please hold that took another 5 minutes or so the order was taken. they said 30 minutes. we said okay. we arrived 30 minutes later. paid for the order with cash. we ordered the medium deluxe 19.99 + the chicken Italiano at $10.99. Total should be $30.98. .98. my wife gave the gentleman a $50 bill and we got back $10. he then got distracted and was on the phone. my wife got his attention and says that's not the correct change. he then added another $6 in $1 bills and my wife says that's still not correct. he then reached for one more dollar bill for a total of $17.02 back to us. this was a to-go order. the total should have only been 30.98 what I'm saying here is the staff needs to pay more attention to the customer with handling money. or does the staff know how to give correct change for cash?

Pizza was pretty good, it's unfortunate, that the service was subpar. My advice, if you call and order something 30 minutes before they're closing the attitude is terrible. They close at 10:00 pm. and my husband phoned his pick up order at 9:30pm. The response from the lady was "just make sure you're here by the 10:00 pm. No customer service skills, what so ever!! Employees need some sort of, do's and don't training, in customer service. We won't be back.

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Person who was taking my order seemed irritated or annoyed and very short. My fiancé didn’t even get to place his order. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. I understand it sucks and it can be draining, but at least put on a fake smile. I was super excited to try Zeppes for the first time and the service totally ruined it for me

Went there to order pizza on date night. The guy or girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me standing at the counter trying to order. Only ended up taking my girlfriend’s order. Took them over a half hour to bring out 1 pizza. Never bothered ordering because I didn’t want to wait for over another half an hour. Am never coming back here and I encourage you to avoid this place as well.

The person on the phone acts like your bothering him and is super rude for no reason. Haven't even tasted the food but his attitude left a bad taste in my mouth
