I placed an order today I ordered what I thought was the chicken parm sandwich and cheesy bread. I look at my sandwich hurry to tell her there's no sauce on it and have her take it back. She comes back with a chicken parm sandwich and tells me I placed an order for chicken bacon ranch sandwich not realizing it. They was kind enough to make me a chicken parm even though I ordered a different sandwich by accident. My dad just recently passed and I kind of been out of sorts over it. I was embarrassed and apologized for my mistake. I appreciate your employees kindness and understanding thanks!

Disappointed. They sent me my wrong tater tots, they were soggy and gross anyway. The mac & cheese was mediocre. I called to get a refund or at least get the tater tots refunded and they told me that “They couldn’t refund me since I ordered through the online system”. That is some bullshit. Just a heads up If you order online and the food comes wrong. $30 down the drain.

Good Food. Most problems get solved. Also next time you order get the homemade pan pizza it's so much better. I promise ?
Only bright spot was the friendly delivery driver. My wife ordered dinner for the family. She got the pepperoni stuffed bread, was overcooked. She ordered me a thick crust pepperoni pizza, it was thinner than a paper bag, and greasy, and the pepperoni was dried out and partially burnt. The kids didn't seem to mind, but then again it is junk food so kids eat junk. No wonder some of their pizzas are cheap, because it's nasty.

We placed an order which included two pizzas. When are order was delivered It was missing a pizza. The delivery person verified that there was a pizza missing She said she would run back and get it.My wife called to correct the order ask to speak to the manager and the lady replied angrily that She was the manager. The delivery lady went back to get the missing pizza brought it back and there was a $4 delivery charge for an order that they had messed up. I would give more stars but the service is horrible!!

I order from this dominos literally twice a week. I order online all the time, I have an account and have never before had any issues. Tonight I placed my online order, used my points to add a free pizza, and it said delivery in 28 minutes. An hour and a half later I call them just to be told they cancelled my order bc they couldn't find my apartment. Again, I order online and on the phone from there all the time, and suddenly tonight they can't find my apartment. Not only that, but I didn't get the points back for my free pizza I'll no longer be getting. When I called, the lady was rude, short tempered, and had a bad attitude. My address shows up when I call, bc it's in their computer, and it's on my online account. There was no reason they couldn't find my apartment. Awful service, and now it's almost 9 on a school night n I have 5 hungry kids to feed.
I do not know his name and I am upset that I didn't ask but the gentleman that met me at my car with my food was awesome! Not only was he personable and professional he also had similar taste in media. I don't think I have ever came here and had felt like the people didn't want to be at work. Always friendly and always smiling. I got my food about 6pm.
