Terrible. Waited in line and watched three cars get waited on so I have to now drive to the pay window to order. Get told to pull into a spot. Watch 2 people who ordered after me get their food. Order has frozen coke missing when they come out. The girl was kind enough to give me a large for free. But I bite into my chicken tenders and they are raw. Crossing my fingers and toes and I don't get salmonella by the time I get home.

Worst service I ever experienced at McDonalds. Would rather drive out of my way to go to the Elm Grove or Martins Ferry McDonalds. First time I’ve ever been asked to pay 25 cents for a bbq sauce too. Avoid this place unless you’re in a pinch and have 10 mins to waste waiting for them to bring your food cause it’s never ready at the window.

We waited in line to pay for our food for about 30 mins!! After 30 mins we paid and waited about another 10 mins. We got our shakes with no straws and couldn’t get them from the stand to get your lids at. My boyfriend asked for extra pickles and paid for them and only got TWO pickles!!! The people are very rude and obviously don’t know what they are doing!?!?

Everytime we go through the drive through in Bellaire they always park you and you wait for your food! Even when they are not busy! We where told once it's because they have to show they get the cars through the line but you are still waiting so it's makes no sense!
