Messed up my order two times first gave it to the wrong person and didn’t remake it second time forgot to give me half my order and the drink was made completely wrong

Ordered online multiple times over the course of a few days. Not once did I wait for less than 15 minutes, on top of the ~10 minute drive there, not to mention they were small (less than $5) orders. Food was average for a McDonald's, just be ready to wait unless you're going to the drive-thru

If I could post NO stars I would. This McDs needs shut down, I can’t see how they’re still in operation. Every SINGLE time I’ve bothered to go here it’s been some problem or another especially in the morning. Out of burritos all the time, this morning I sat in the first lane of the drive thru for five mins with cars just going through the second lane past me - I walk in thinking I’ll just snag it there, no one working the counter so I call for someone - they don’t even have my mobile order and I was already running late for work so I couldn’t wait any longer. I’ll just keep it to Ferry’s McDs up the road from now on.

The Service is pretty much what anyone with human decency and not having an entitled attitude would expect from a busy fast food place pretty much the same as any other fast food place you would go to as long as your not ignorant disrespectful or anything the people working here will more or less work with you I had an order that I thought I was missing items from but turned out after the guy showed me on the receipt and explained it to me that it wasn't rang up I just thought of ok cool that's np I ordered what I needed payed at the counter for what was missed waited for the small expected time given how busy they was 5-10 minutes wasn't really that horrible like I said if your not entitled 5-10 minutes really isn't that bad that's still better then the average wait times for most places the guy at counter was helpful apologized for the wait but made sure my food was fresh for me and that I had everything

I order doordash for my kids from here every once in a while but everytime I do they always forget whole meals. And good luck trying to call them they wont answer. Btw I did some research all the food reviews the past year or so are employees trying to hide the real crappy reviews.

This is the slowest and worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It takes 20 minutes to get your food if you're lucky. There is usually no one to man the registers to order food and the orders are often wrong. I would avoid coming here.

ordered a large fry that had crumbs in the bottom of it, little to no fries, gave me a large drink when i never asked for it so i got charged and ordered a hot fudge sundae and this is all the fudge we got in it. i think the store has a total of 10 brain cells all together. every time i go here its always a shitty experience.

Okayso I went to order 2 mocha frappes, paid for them and after 20 minutes of waiting for just 2 frappes they informed me that the machine wasn't working.
The very next day (06-01-25) I go to order a cone, a mcdouble with Mac sauce and 2 mcchickens on the kiosk... The ice cream machine was down as it has seemed to be everyday so I just ordered the sandwiches. The kiosk machine didn't give me a receipt so when I approached the counter the guy at the register had a very bad attitude rolling his eyes and such. Then when I got the food and left to go to work the mcchicken tasted as tho they were very stale and been sitting there for a couple hours and they charged me $.55 for Mac sauce but the mcdouble had no Mac sauce on it even tho it was labeled as a specialty burger.
Today I called to try to get my order fixed and as I'm explaining the issue I got hung up on twice then immediately sent to voicemail.
unprofessionalism at its finest! #DoNotRecommend

Anyone in the lobby that came in because something was wrong or waiting for food ordered at the kiosk was ignored to the point customers were throwing things and yelling.

Terrible. Waited in line and watched three cars get waited on so I have to now drive to the pay window to order. Get told to pull into a spot. Watch 2 people who ordered after me get their food. Order has frozen coke missing when they come out. The girl was kind enough to give me a large for free. But I bite into my chicken tenders and they are raw. Crossing my fingers and toes and I don't get salmonella by the time I get home.
