My wife loves Cassano’s pizza (second only to Marion’s) but I’m sorry, the pizzas we had tonight were REALLY BAD. Placed online order and when picked it up, it was lukewarm, bordering on cold. Called the call center and they were nice and said we can redo. When I picked up the second one crust was too soft/doughy, almost soggy. It was supposed to be well baked crust. C’mon, you guys are 0 for 2 tonight. Very disappointing.

This has to be a one time situation. Ordered the heart shaped pizza and was told a 30 min wait . Arrived at 6 for pick up when pizza was ordered 30 min prior and recieved just peperoni and paper thin cheese and overcooked crust. I have ordered this before at different locations on VD and it never looked or tasted like this. Order was on the bottom of other orders so had to been made fast and sat during that time Pizza was cold

I just ordered two large pizzas for pickup. One was supposed to be a Super Deluxe. It was supposed to have pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, ham, green and red peppers, banana peppers, and extra cheese. When I got home and lifted the lid…huge disappointment! Nothing was on it except banana peppers. How is this even possible? See pic. We usually stop in and order at the Cassano’s on Indian Ripple. We will never order from this one again.

This was a carry out order. Having grown up eating Cassano’s pizza, I was disappointed in the quality of the food…skimping on ingredients and maybe a little overcooked.
We placed a delivery order at 5:09 from the Bellbrook location. Didn’t get our pizza till 7:15 over 2 hours later. Pizza was made incorrectly and cold, literally floppy white bottomed,a step above uncooked raw dough. I called and was told I can drive to their store to return the pizzas for a refund or wait another HOUR and HALF for a remake. I don’t drive, I told the woman this and she said it’s policy I can’t do anything and could only transfer me to the regional manager who didn’t answer. We order cassanos and it cost more every time, but we still pay it because their quality is suppose to be better. That isn’t the case anymore and this will be the last time I ever eat cassanos. And trust I will be getting a refund if not from you it will be a stopped payment from our bank. You can not just take peoples money and give them whatever food you want and then do nothing. That’s not how this works.
Update- The manager called me back and left a message. I was given a full refund. Would have been nice to get an apology since I didn’t get to eat that evening but that’s obviously more than can be expected. Won’t ever trust cassanos with feeding me or my family again.

Positive experience. Very glad they had beer on draft. I guess some locations only have bottle or no beer at all. Anyway, the service was fast and friendly. No complaints here. Pizza was good, but that's obvious, otherwise we wouldn't come here.

Do NOT get a job here! The manager is terrible!!He has no patience in training and he is like a 2 year old calls names and talks bad about people and employeesI was watching him make pizzas and he was making the people he turns and tells me now this is like 3 day busy and he’s telling me to do it but he’s not moving. Out of the way for me to do it so turns to me and calls me “useless” because I wasn’t pushing him out of the way to make a pizzaI ain’t into saying mean things to employees!Don’t work here till they get a better managerI can see why 3 quit before me and he can’t keep help at 10 an hourWarning he talks to and about his employees. He makes sure you feel like the hired help and garbageWarning! It’s a terrible lace to work

Cassano's is a staple pizza place! And dare I say better than Marion's? We went on a Sunday after church. It wasn't busy, the pizza was hot & fresh. The salads were fresh and loaded with toppings. The staff were so attentive and nice. I would highly recommend checking it out.
