Come here all the time. Food is always amazing, but the past three times here, the waitress/timeliness of servers slow. We went Satisfaction night and almost died of thirst. Asked for a refill three times, never got one. I'll go back, but service has been on a downward trend.
Worst service I have had at an el Toro. Had to wait for everything. No staff at front desk, no server to provide refills, long wait for food. Had get up and hunt down some one to pay our for our food. Will never return to this el Toro.
Food is always good. Staff are friendly when you're there.
Warning: if you're trying to save time ordering carryout on GrubHub etc. they don't seem to put your order into their system until you arrive at the restaurant. Happened to us twice now, so, I assume that is their standard practice.
