Food and service very good. This store is a franchise and would not accept a discount coupon I earned by completing an online survey. It was only 2.50 and I always add that to the tip for my server. I won't go back here - I'll just keep going to company stores. Seems like the company would have some kind of reimbursement to the franchise stores so they could honor these coupons. Seems petty and selfish to me.

How this chain stays in business is a complete mystery. You can make it better at home, but why would you eat chili and spaghetti in the first place?

I guess it’s a southwest Ohio thing.
I’ve lived here for 25 years and I still don’t get it.

I'm not use to spaghetti in my chili. But I wanted to experience its authenticity. It was delicious, but next time, I will try the bowl of chili. Customer service was outstanding. You won't be disappointed. My granddaughter had the Chilli dog. She said she should've had two.
