The Blueberry Cafe in Kettering is truly one of the best places to visit. Every time I walk through the door the staff makes me feel welcome from the moment I check in to the moment I sit down. Everyone treats you with real kindness and care. I want to give a special shout out to Allison M who was my waitress during my most recent visit. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she checked on me throughout my meal in the most thoughtful way. She deserves recognition for how well she takes care of guests. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager was also amazing. He was friendly and very engaged with everyone around him. In previous visits I have also appreciated how the owner walks around the cafe and personally checks on guests. The two young ladies at the front desk are always kind patient and very welcoming. The food is always fresh and consistently outstanding. If you are looking for a place with great food and exceptional service this is it.

People have raved about Blueberry cafe to me, but I can say our first experience was “meh”. The sausage links were over cooked, the over medium eggs were very very easy, the Boston stoker coffee was either very weak or cut with some other coffee, and the corn beef hash was mostly potato and cooked within an inch of its life.

This is our favorite cafe and I am so disappointed.

I called a couple hours before we wanted to eat to get on the list and I wasn’t allowed. You have to put your name on the list and get there in 30 minutes. If there on an 90 minute wait you then have to get there and wait 60 minutes. I should note - there isn’t a waiting room large enough for people to wait that long so you have to wait in your car. I was bringing my 97 year old grandma from out of town to try the cafe since I talked about it for years…

I guess we will be bringing our business elsewhere to a cafe we can plan to get into. This is really frustrating to out of town guests who may never be back in town to try the cafe. It just isn’t worth it anymore now that the wait list is so long you physically have to wait hours.

The food was amazing! Best breakfast burrito I have ever had. Hashbrowns were perfect! Super friendly and attentive staff! Can't wait to go back!

We went here with 16 folks during a soccer tournament. They were able to seat us and the food was great. The wait staff had an incredible amount of patience with the kids. I wouldn’t say this is a great place to bring a whole soccer team on a regular basis but they were incredibly accommodating. I had their quiche, it was great. My husband got the B platter and the pancake was bigger than his face and had a great texture. Their seasonal cocktails were great too. I had the pumpkin spice espresso martini and it was great.

Heard about this place a couple of times when we visited Dayton in the past. Finally made and glad we did. Service was great, and food was even better. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Definitely would recommend a stop at either one of their 2 locations.

Great menu, service, and nice staff! A little bit of a wait for seating, but still worth it. Its got a big blueberry statue outside of the restaurant, cant miss it!

This place is a hot spot! It you go in the morning on a weekend expect a wait! But, it's totally worth it! Delicious pancakes! The chocolate chip pancakes are my favorite! The muffins are delish too! Specialty muffins are awesome!

My daughter has a severe milk allergy (anaphylactic) I was very careful and talked to the hostess the cook and the waitress. The Cook tells me, she could have the French toast , they would special make it. But no one checked the brioche bread, as it had milk in it. so now we are at the ER and my 16 yo could've died and spent 4 hours at Dayton children's.

2nd time I've been to Blueberry and the food was great both times. Had the F Platter this time and it is definitely a value for what you get.
