Had a salad and vegetable soup. It was very good. My waiter was a young man who gave excellent service.

Normally have an ok experience, food has fell off over the years. Our most recent experience was horrible, we work all the time so we figured, hey we'll take a break and order in, first thing we noticed was our side was missing, so we called to let them know and was told yeah after the Dasher left we realized we forgot to put it in, then was told we could come down to pick it up even though we paid for delivery, they oh there's new ppl so that's what happened, even though there should have been someone quality controlling the new ppl. But then noticed that we got 1 thing of gravy for our country fried steaks, the other one had ranch in it and 4 small things of ranch. The country fried steak was nasty and had no meat in it. Was going to call but had to work, and by the time I got off so was the manager.

I was just fired by them for refusing to wash dishes because the water was not hot, at all. From August 11th 2025 to August 14th 2025 they were washing the dishes with no soap and the water temperature at 95 degrees. The water is supposed to be at least 140 degrees. It is recommended to be at 160 degrees. This is unacceptable. The manager has let a mentally challenged man walk off in the middle of their shift and just wonder around Bellefontaine for an hour and 45 minutes. This place also has gnats and flies all over the place. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Been there 3 times this month. Been ripped off with portion sizes. A Tablespoon of pot roast. Paid a $6 upcharge.(for the two can dine meal) Will never return. Get it together Bob Evan’s. Too expensive to leave hungry.

Food was had good flavor. The waitress was kind, kept or drinks full, and had a great personality. The restaurant was clean, well maintained, and roomy.

I ended up leaving before I could sit the servers and hostess where arguing over who was busting tables we had sat there for 20 minutes watched four tables walk out we were second person on the waiting list sure the food would have been good but we were discouraged over service
