The sandwiches tasted funny like maybe the mayo was bad, we did not eat the rest of them. I ordered the whopper jr. My friend ordered the Bacon double cheeseburger. And two Hershey's pies, of course they were ok, but the sandwiches were turning our stomachs. We got delivery not eat-in.

Drove 20 minutes to pick up food . Get home my whopper jr is hard as a brick because the bun was burnt had 1/4 cup of mayo on the sandwich. Fries were cold . My husbands whooper was covered with mayo. And this is why I don't go to the north side . Needless to say I didn't eat lunch.

I enjoyed a wonderful whopper on Wednesday. Almost perfect so I say kudos. The service was good although the line was pretty slow. The staff was friendly and patient. My whopper was delicious but it was COLD! But it was so good I ate it cold.

Not sure what they're doing with the eggs, but they taste like they are soaked in mop/dish water. The square patties they use on the croissants. Take that off and the rest is fine.

Fantastic service every time I go order breakfast in the mornings. Mike is so friendly in taking my order, as well as Essie and Whitney the food is ready super quick. Always leave there with a great start to the day.
Ordered food and paid online, got there to be told they just sold the last biscuit. Was given an option to get a corsant or wait. I paid for a biscuit so I waited. About 10 minutes later they brought my food out. What's the point of ordering food online, if I still have to wait.

I have not had a bad sandwich deal from your store.. since I've been stepping in there on my way home from therapy out in bellefontaine.. I don't like the one in Urbana because they don't do their sandwiches like you guys do and I like that I get the breakfast meal the egg is thicker they don't put cheese in between the two sausage patties and that's why I like coming to your store and not the one in Urbana

Drive thru experience was bad we waited for Cheesy tots along with that we got a whopper combo and drink the lady at the window was so excited to tell my husband she gave him 1 extra tot for the wait….then proceeded to give him our bag literally missing the fry 🤦♀️ come onnnnnn mannnn wth
