I went into the store today and when I got to the checkout, the cashier was talking to her friend, who was the customer in front of me. The friend completed her transaction and the clerk continued talking to her. She rang up my order, I handed her my money, and she handed me my change. She spoke NOT ONE SINGLE WORD TO ME. She didn't tell me how much my order was, I read it off the register. She was too busy conversing with her friend about another friend who didn't call back, didn't text back, and then finally did get back with her. She was way more concerned about her friend getting back to her than she was about her customer coming back. I mean this lady (Maureen) said NOTHING to me. AT. ALL. If I'm going to be treated like that I will drive a few extra miles to Kroger. I was completely dumbfounded.
The cashier Kimberly was very rude she was rushing me looking at me like hurry up. I responded I’m entering my phone number. Then as I took my credit card out To pay I tap the screen, she replied, finish the prompts. I looked at her and said sorry. I was trying to put my card away trying to hurry up, I dropped my phone . She continue to rush me, as if I was going too slow then she put my receipt on the counter and did not hand it to me. This is the first time that I ever encounter this type of behavior at this store. I’ve been in Ohio for three months, and the people that I encountered ,most of them are either rude by nature or just prejudice .This will be my last time going to that store. I would rather travel further so that I wouldn’t have to deal with this prejudice in this small town. It’s really sad.
Great store
i love supporting our local family owned businesses. This store makes grocery shopping easy and it’s a quick in and out experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
Clean store, well stocked with a decent variety. Employees are very friendly. I get my groceries here every time I go camping down the street.
Easy to find what you want. Great employee's.
I found everything I was looking for
Would protest this place till the tall skinny manager quits bullying the younger employees. Very unprofessional and he should not be in charge.
I have found out that anytime after 7 pm and before 9 pm (closing) is a good time to get grocery shopping done here without alot of people or feeling rushed. Most produce is fresh, though, there isn't a variety of different produce. Quite a few items are overpriced. Store brands are a little cheaper. Since I am a veteran, I receive a percentage off on my grocery bill, whereas, no other grocery market in the local area offers that type of discount. I do notice that some items will be out of stock on shelves. Expiration dates are changed for meats and dairy. The checkout employees are always very friendly and courteous. Overall, for me, it's always a very good experience without feeling rushed.
We don't come to Community Markets very often. However, yesterday's experience inspires me to keep coming back. My son is 29, autistic, and wherever we go...we probably won't go unnoticed. We were approaching the checkout, when my son noticed a fresh copy of a magazine featuring his favorite, Elton John:"But Mom! But Mom! Elton John, Elton John....Rocket Maaaaan!" Do you know the words to Rocket Man?"And I think it's gonna be a long, long time'Til touchdown brings me 'round again to findI'm not the man they think I am at homeOh, no, no, noI'm a rocket manRocket man, burning out his fuse up here alone."We were obviously not leaving the store without him. I plunked down our items on the conveyor, mentally adding Elton to our bill. I could not say no."He is seriously one of my favorite customers. I'm not even kidding," the cashier said of my son.Hearing her words, my son exclaimed, "Oh, HI Tommie! Oh, HI Tommie!" He had caught a glimpse of her nametag. She rung us up, bagged the magazine, and placed it right into his ready hands. For those of you who don't understand what it feels like to be very different, this is how you do community. My son's face beamed. He was seen. He was heard. He lit up like a Christmas tree.We could use more days like this. More Tommies.Kudos to this grocery for putting the "community" in Community Markets. Thank you for making 2 people feel very happy, and accepted, and not so alone in this world.

Best meat in the county, hard to find items are found here. The steaks are cuts just right, hamburger is fresh and the pork chops are decent. They're helpful and have great customer service skills.
They have the best hot lunches in the deli. Lasagna, Alfredo, fried chicken, etc.
I shared a review and it was removed. Beware they only allow posts as they see fit.
It's close by
Stood in line at deli watched the employee with gloves on blowing there nose then continued to serve food and cut deli meet with out changing gloves or washing hands. Totally unacceptable especially with covid going around very bad
