When me and my husband walked into Dunkin today we weren’t greeted when we walked in I look around to see if I seen anyone to take our order and their was nobody there so I had to use the kesio and being blinded by the sun the whole time then we order our drinks witch we got a frozen chocolate that was made correctly then we got a strawberry daydream and it wasn’t made correctly at all and the only reason why I know this is bc Greenville my hometown makes it correctly all the time and greats me all the time do better

I now understand why i only go to dunkins in the morning. The last few couple times I have gone at night. the first night they had no ice and didnt tell anyone and made me wait in drive through for 10 minutes waiting on a drink that never came. I had to go inside to see what was going and and the young girl tried to lie and tonight its 730 thr young person in drive stated they cant make lattes due to they are cleaning the machine... my guy you still have 2 and half hours.. Biggby for the win I guess. So sad cause the day shift crew is amazing but the night shift now so much.

Went inside on a Sunday morning to get donuts. There were 5 workers inside. I was second in line. I stood there and watched as those 5 workers ignored everyone standing in line inside in preference of those who were either in the drive thru or had ordered online. Not one worker even acknowledged the gentleman in front of me, and I was silly enough to stand and wait and try to be patient for 10 minutes. In that time nobody acknowledged ANYONE in the inside wait line. To say I will NEVER be back is an understatement.

Worst Dunkin I have been to by far. All I ordered was a medium matcha. We did a mobile thru order and were told to go to the second window and waited for 20 minutes while multiple people behind us at the first window received their food and drinks. Had to pull around to go inside and waited in line to ask to give us my drink.

Somethings not right with the food as there is a metallic taste in the breakfast sandwich’s and a similar oder as well.
