This is not the Fazoli's from the 1990. The food was surprisingly delicious, a far cry from the those frozen tray things. The staff was super friendly. Thank you so much for a great dine in experience.
It doesn't matter what day or whether I am delivering food or getting it to go, this Fazolis has the friendliest and the most efficient staff of any restaurant in Bellefontaine, hands down!
On my visit on 12/27/25 the drive thru cashier Andrea Burden, was exceptionally friendly, offered a great menu alternative when the item I wanted was out of stock, and honestly gave way better service than any Chick-Fil-A I've been to recently. It takes a lot for me to like service better than them!
