Its just goes to show you not all hardees are built the same. The chicken tenders from the other location were on point and the customer service was more outstanding than the gapband. The chicken tenders from this location were extremely traaasshhh and customer service was meh. Idk if it was because it was my first time trying hardees at the other location but they blew this location so far out the water i thought it was a u.s.o.

First time here today, asked the cashier's opinion between the bacon cheeseburger and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, she said the Nashville was better.
So I ordered it.. and I didn't even finish it, it was so bad. If I was still there, I'd ask for a refund, but took it to go.
The bun was stale, and for some reason had dirty marks on the bottom of it. The chicken itself was definitely processed and smashed back into a patty, half the size of the one in the picture, and bland/gross at the same time..
Not worth the money, maybe their burgers are better but I'll never know because I won't be going back to risk my lunch again.

Witnessed a man bring a dog in that jumped all over the counters, people and soda machines. Workers thought it was funny. Funny that a dirty dog is all over a food establishment? Nah.

Got the Frisco cheeseburger. Hamburger much smaller from a year ago. About like other places. Not many fries in container. Not as good as the last time got it. May have been a bad night for them.
They only filled up the vanilla milkshake half way, they forgot our barbecue and honey mustard. They were rude.

These folks are great. I live in a big city. Service workers are not often this attentive and kind, unless your in a rich area.Place was clean too. Back line looked good. Give these people a raise.

Katie, General Manager is so RUDE&Nasty!!! I have used the buy one get one breakfast sandwich coupon several times. This morning I gave the coupon to the lady.... She said"WE CAN'T TAKE THOSE, OUR BUTTON DOESN'T WORK!!! I replied.. " I've used them in the past week". She informed me....of her STATUS! YOU GO GIRL, BE THE NASTY MANAGER! She seems so proud. Not sure why I receive the Hardee's coupons residing in Bellefontaine......they don't except them????
