Several options were not options at 7 pm as so many of the pans were empty. Still had quite a while before closing, yet there was no offer to replenish veggies and other offerings. Not my best hothead experience.

came in for lunch and the cashier kept sticking her finger in her mouth, messing with her teeth. then she went and handled our food without gloves. food was remade but still very grossed out by the experience

Always a good experience! They have a couple people in there that we see quite often and more often than not take great care of us! Definitely like seeing them over some of the younger crowd in there working. They don't seem to have the ability to focus on the task at hand. Only real reason I didn't give a 5 star is the consistency. Sometimes we go and get a boat load of everything on our builds and sometimes we are scraping to find any meat at all. Or the occasional time where everything is completely flooded with bean juice. Opinions aside we are always in and out in minutes flat. The food is pretty on point and fresh. Flavors here always better than the other chain. All in all a pretty solid choice for fast food in Bellefontaine.
Looks like a new crew. Better service fresh food. Wasn't sure if I was going to go back or not but stopped in and was shocked by the new staff and management that's there. Thank you for finally giving us customers what we needed.

The food is good but a bit pricey for the portion size. They charge extra for everything. I could've gone to a steakhouse for what it cost our family. Stajj is friendly.
I hate doing bad reviews, but unfortunately, this one needs it. The food was not good at all. Actually, it made me sick to my stomach. The .men's bathroom was terrible. Place was just not clean at all. The table we sat at felt like it was falling apart. If this is a corporate store, I would say it needs a visit and inspection. It was my first and last time to eat there!!!

Solid Burrito and ingredients. Tasted much better than chipotle. I was very surprised at the store bought burritos. If the burritos were house made they could easily be 5 stars. Still a very solid option for fast Mexican.

8/30 Approximately 7:00 PM: My recommendation is don't go here. They give the hothead franchise a bad name. Staff are annoyed at your presence. They were completely confused when I asked for a keto chicken bowl, and they didn't understand why I didn't rice or beans. At the end of this overpriced transaction for, 1/2 cup of diced chicken, lettuce, and some less than appetizing looking, "Fajita veggies," I was not offered a receipt.

What did I just experience? Sunday night 8pm, service was rude and rushed, but he did say have a good night?!? We are still confused and amused. The "Magic"guy prepared our food and threw it together like he was angry, forced to work past his shift, or it was his last day on the job. He didn't pay attention to the orders and when we pointed out an error, he literally removed served food from the dish that was mixed with meats and put it back into the food holder bins. Wow!! Never seen such a sloppy meal prep ever. Some ingredients had run out which shorted our portions. All bench seats were dirty and the AC was too cold. The flavors and food ingredients were only okay, not good or great. Price did not match the product. The chicken was out of inventory and he told another entering customer loudly that they were out of chicken. She said it's okay I'm not getting chicken he then said well I'm just telling you. Kind of an inappropriate exchange with a customer IMO. Perhaps "hot head" pertains to the demeanor of the staff working here. Interesting and unexpected experience.
