Most of the time it's pretty okay. 10% of the time they tell you to order ahead for a bucket of chicken. Never heard a KFC tell me this.. I don't know if it has happened in other locations, but this has happened 3 times to me in Bellefontaine. My guess is the management.

KFC ? has go e downhill so much. The wings seem, basically, a lot of fat ! Yuck! I do, however, love the bowl. Great combo in one bowl

Chicken breading was almost raw, just fell off the chicken laying in the bottom of the box when I arrived home 15 mins after picking up. Tried to call and they didn't even answer the phone. Very disappointing for a $26 meal.

When I was child. This was a KFC. As an adult. It’s a KFC.

Can we trust things that don’t change?

Does the sea change or is it constantly changing or is it the same, as is the KFC.

The menu of the KFC changes but stays the same as does the constant changing tides.

The KFC confuses me. I asked my self is the seventh wave the strongest wave? Then I stared into the sea but I couldn’t tell..
Then I came home
And the kfc had added five dollar meals…

The change in the menu was hard for someone who is ā€œlike a rock stuck in the side of the stream never moving always changing ā€œ

Have ate lunch there for years 3or 4 days a week but the time has come to take my business to Lee's, might wanna start having items prepared instead of being told it's gonna be 10minutes wait .

Love their crispy chicken, but food was missing out of my large order. I live 40 minutes from KFC, so I tried calling to tell them I had items missing, but nobody picked up the phone. I took the receipt in the next day to only be told that I couldn't get refunded for items missing, seeing i didn't show proof.

I’ve never had such amazing stellar service from any restaurant or fast food place in my entire life. I was at this KFC in Bellefontaine waiting for a Mobile Order in the drive-thru. A lady named Ashley was working the drive-thru and said it’d be a 5-10 minute wait. My blood sugar was pretty low and I was feeling woozy, and without the worker (Ashley) even knowing she offered us a free drink which was very kind. She checked up on us a few times and then gave us our food, except the tenders because they were still in the fryer. We snacked on a few fries and then she opened the window and offered us a free extra fry because the ones we had were not as hot as they shouldve been. I would have gave her a tip but i only had a dollar in cash. That was the most amazing service Ive ever received. She deserves to be the manager, or a very highly rated 5+ star service elsewhere. Thank you Ashley! I hope you get a promotion.
