First time we went there , we wanted a bucket of original recipe . They told us that it would be a 15 minute wait. Next time we went they didn't give us all of our order. So I called and the manager couldn't get my name right. I told her 3 times. She said to tell them next time I came in to tell them. I think it needs better management.

Tammy the General Manager was phenomenal with her customer service! Went above and beyond to accommodate extra sides (cheese) to make the meal more enjoyable. Everything was hot, utensils and condiments provided which is a rarity at most fast food locations. 5-stars!

Most of the time it's pretty okay. 10% of the time they tell you to order ahead for a bucket of chicken. Never heard a KFC tell me this.. I don't know if it has happened in other locations, but this has happened 3 times to me in Bellefontaine. My guess is the management.

KFC ? has go e downhill so much. The wings seem, basically, a lot of fat ! Yuck! I do, however, love the bowl. Great combo in one bowl Yummy ?

Chicken breading was almost raw, just fell off the chicken laying in the bottom of the box when I arrived home 15 mins after picking up. Tried to call and they didn't even answer the phone. Very disappointing for a $26 meal.
When I was child. This was a KFC. As an adult. Itās a KFC.

The menu of the KFC changes but stays the same as does the constant changing tides.
The KFC confuses me. I asked my self is the seventh wave the strongest wave? Then I stared into the sea but I couldnāt tell.. Then I came home And the kfc had added five dollar mealsā¦
The change in the menu was hard for someone who is ālike a rock stuck in the side of the stream never moving always changing ā

Love their crispy chicken, but food was missing out of my large order. I live 40 minutes from KFC, so I tried calling to tell them I had items missing, but nobody picked up the phone. I took the receipt in the next day to only be told that I couldn't get refunded for items missing, seeing i didn't show proof.
