Let me be honest... Everything seemed nice until we found black particles in the drinks from dining room. Of course we immediately told employees and were given drinks from the drive thru. The absolutely scary part was we were eating in dining room for 50 minutes and no one ever came out to shut of the drinks. If anyone came in after us and got black particles in there drinks were sorry. We told the employees. We also contacted KFC corporate who was a call center from a different country and contacted the health department who was closed.

Absolute joke, went there at 8:30pm thinking I’d be able to get some food. They take my full order with two meals at the drive though. I’m about to pull up and they tell me that they don’t have any chicken left except 2 pieces of strips. AT 8:30, THIRTY MINUTES BEFOFE THEY CLOSE! They told me they shut there fryers down for the night. That’s a disgrace in my opinion! Why are they going to be shutting machines down and not being able to make food 30 minutes before they close. They should update there hours to if they can’t accommodate their customers orders! RIDICULOUS! I loved kfc tooo, but I went up the street and got Huey magoos there chickens better anyway!

Out of tenders Sunday at noon what a joke

First time we went there , we wanted a bucket of original recipe . They told us that it would be a 15 minute wait. Next time we went they didn't give us all of our order. So I called and the manager couldn't get my name right. I told her 3 times. She said to tell them next time I came in to tell them. I think it needs better management.

Cashier never takes orders correct... Always come up with missing items from my order. Not to mention the service, unsatisfied with multiple experiences here...
Tammy the General Manager was phenomenal with her customer service! Went above and beyond to accommodate extra sides (cheese) to make the meal more enjoyable. Everything was hot, utensils and condiments provided which is a rarity at most fast food locations. 5-stars!

Most of the time it's pretty okay. 10% of the time they tell you to order ahead for a bucket of chicken. Never heard a KFC tell me this.. I don't know if it has happened in other locations, but this has happened 3 times to me in Bellefontaine. My guess is the management.
