Terrible customer service wanted me to pull up i refused because food should be served in the order it was placed and paid for and then they only gave me part of a refund its pretty crappy when I requested to speak to a manager she wouldn't even come speak to me complete waste of time

Order 20 minutes ago. We have counted 5 cars leaving who ordered after us and we are still just waiting. I dont understand how 5 people can get their food while we wait cor 20 minutes.

I am a huge BTS fan and I'm collecting the Tiny Tans, all the McDonalds I have been to have been so so helpful, except this one. People have dug thru boxes to get me the ones I need, given me free ones sometimes even, been so kind. This location is just plain mean and argumentative. Why? It's a toy people are trying to collect, what need is there to be so rude. They wouldn't even tell me if they had the purple boxes or the red boxes. Again I ask WHY? JUST BE KIND FOLKS! So disappointed 😞

Went through the drive-thru and was told to park and wait for our orders. It took too long for them to bring it out
We was in line for 20 minutes with out moving and when we made it to the window to get our food the blue raspberries slushy were half melted! We now pay a lot for fast food and our service and food sucks.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not ok. I customized my iced coffee online(extra caramel and whipped cream), paid and pulled into the drive through. When I was at the window to receive my order the employee just grabbed a random looking iced coffee and I knew it wasn't mine because I ordered mine with whipped cream and drizzle. So when I kindly told her she took my full coffee, put some whipped cream on and closed the cup...just the cup was overfloating now. So everything was dripping on my white damn pants when she handed me this...and if that wasn't enough as soon as I took my first sip I can tell there was NO extra syrup in there, nothing...I paid EXTRA for all these things in advance trying to be a good customer and left with a dirty pants, sticky hands and not even got what I paid for. I'm baffled she thought it was okay to hand me this drink like that. No way

Ordered food and had to wait for half the crew to get done recording one of the employees getting pie in the face no wonder it takes so long to get food.so between food takeing to long to get and the fact mcdonalds thinks their cheap food needs to be so expensive im probably going to stop going here.

This is not the first time that I’ve had a mobile curbside order where I waited for 20+ min for two items or less. Meanwhile I’ve watched at least 10 cars go through the drive thru after me and get their items. Each time I’ve had to get out of my car and physically go to the counter and ask for my order. Today they had my items on the counter sitting for 10 min before I got frustrated and went inside. My frappe had melted at that point and apple pie was cold. DO NOT DO CURBSIDE AT THIS LOCATION. It’s a waste of time.
