Workers are good but the GM here kept looking out in the lobby to stare at me and make unpleasant comments. I never believed the comments about him smacking people's behinds or saying inappropriate stuff until this happened this man needs replaced. I was debating even reviewing this but these young men need to be safe.

Nacho fries were cold. Most of the food was actually cold forgotten napkins forgot the fork for my food. Underfilled my Baja blast. Basically, the only thing that was OK was the customer service.

This is now the 2nd time I have ordered from this Taco Bell through Uber eats and again over half my order is missing. I don't understand how it is so hard for people to follow an order and make sure everything is in the bags. Double or triple check to ensure the order is fulfilled correctly. I have worked in fast food before its not a hard job. But this is getting ridiculous. Get it together Taco Bell, do better.

I travel to Michigan often. Three hour trip, and I often stop only once for anything. Sunday afternoon I went through the drive through after 9 hours of not eating. I order 3 soft tacos and a large mountain dee.... I got the drink and then some burrito with stuff on it I can not eat and a hard... old taco.
I gave you $10 for MY INCONVENIENCE ...

This is the second time that we’ve came here and we asked and were charged for extra sauce and they never gave it to us. They also forgot half our order. It’s getting kind of ridiculous that the service here is starting to suck. Usually they’re good about making sure we have everything but the past few times they haven’t. The only times that we get the correct order is when Ryan is working.
