While The Syndicate is still one of my top favorite area restaurants they are starting to be out of popular products on Saturday nights. I dined on 12/20/25 and was told they were out of grouper and salmon. The grouper is the dish I planned on ordering so I had to alter my order. At this visit I purchased $200 worth of gift cards and received 2-$20 free in bonus gift cards. I next dined on 1/10/26 and they were once again out of products including their surf and turf feature, garlic and herb salad dressing and charcuterie board. My party had a $170 bill and I provided my 2-$20 bonus gift cards and 2 $100 certificates to cover the bill. The waitress came back to tell me only 1 bonus card could be used per visit. This information was NOT disclosed to me at time of purchase nor posted on their Facebook posts that highlighted the bonus gift cards of purchase $100 in gift cards get $20 bonus card free. Our waitress even commented that she did not know only 1 bonus card could be used per visit. The time of use of the bonus gift cards is extremely short especially for their customers that travel to be able to only use 1 card per visit. Now I need to come back by 2/13/26 to be able to spend my other $20 bonus gift card and I live 45 min away. Typically I am pleased with my experience at the Syndicate but starting to get frustrated with frequently out of stock items on Saturday nights.

Great atmosphere, great food, great service! It was very peaceful and they were so kind! They even gave us a little card to congratulate us and free piece of cake! Might be our new favorite go to dining! Thank you!

Our crew went to The Syndicate for a holiday celebration and had such a wonderful time! The atmosphere is upscale but still warm and inviting, and the service was fantastic. And don’t sleep on the artichoke dip — it’s AMAZING!
Whether you’re celebrating something special, taking the family out, or just wanting a really nice meal, this is a great place to go. We’re so thankful to have such an incredible dining option right here locally. Highly recommend!

Both the candied bacon app and the chicken on my wife’s Alfredo had enough pepper to be inedible. 4$ for a kids milk. This is the worst experience I’ve had dining out in a long time. All to the tune of 100$. Despicable.

Amazing hidden gem in Bellefontaine. Great decor, location and food. Had the big bad burrito and it did not disappoint. Our group tried the Benedict, hash, quiche and grits and they raved about it all. The servers are friendly and the service was fast.

The food was delicious, our server was so kind, knowledgeable and attentive, and even brought us a card thanking us for sharing this special day with them, and offering cake on the house🍰. One of the hostess had a attitude. She wasn't wearing a name tag. Upset we didn't have a reservation for a party of 9. First time being there, won't be back. The soda was horrible. They said they had a party the night before, and the mixture was off

Hubby took me there for my Birthday dinner. The appetizer’s were delicious. The ribeye steak dinners and all the fixings were amazing and all topped with an excellent server. Sorry to say it was our first time and sad we hadn’t checked it out sooner!!! Definitely going back soon!!!

My wife and I just had a wonderful evening at The Syndicate! We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary - I put that in the reservation - we were welcomed with a card from the restaurant and our waitress wishing us a happy anniversary (I’ve done this at other restaurants and have never had an experience like this) - such a simple gesture that was above and beyond. They also were very accommodating to our 4 month old who joined us - great staff and service! The food was great, so was my drink (an old fashioned). We will definitely be back to try more of their menus
