Coffee, food, what's not to like? Prompt and quick. For a quick bite it's a great stop.

Wow! Sunday morning and terrible service. Sat at pickup window for 7 minutes waiting on our order. One sandwich was a breakfast BELT minus the egg. What we received was pathetic. A bagel with one slice of bacon and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato. We had to go inside to ask for it to be fixed. No apology from anyone. Lots of workers in there but no teamwork. Just everyone watching everyone else struggle

Pretty dirty inside.

The floor was dirty. There were unwrapped bagels sitting on the bare counter top by the cash register, that really should have been thrown away.

One of the best Tim’s I’ve be in. The manager makes all feel welcome. This is a major Senior gathering place in our town.

This store has struggled in the past tohave good managers and committed staff… the crew that assisted me on the morning of Nov 15, 2025 was top notch… friendly, ready to fill a large order, and quick. Those may seem like expected minimum standards, but in Bellefontaine… we have a knack for ruining well-established food chains with terrible local human resources… kudos to Tim Hortons for hiring competent people.

Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. And I had my sister hand the guy at the window my cash app card to pay for my coffee and timbits. Dude stood there and just looked at my card, didn’t even attempt to insert my card, and told me that my card was declined when it has more than enough on it to pay for an $18.00 order. And normally with cash app if the card doesn’t recognize a place it will decline the transaction and send a notification. I didn’t receive a notification or anything. Granted I used the same card 3 days prior to today at the same Tim Hortons and it worked just fine. It’s not that hard to use a debit card…just insert the side that has the chip and wait for the screen to say remove card. If you don’t know how to use a debit card then why run the drive thru? Thankfully I had cash. Granted that cash was for something else.

We hit the drive thru for lunch and got Quesadillas which turned out to be so large we had plenty for dinner. Good food and service here. Will definitely make a return trip soon!

Why on earth is there only two pieces of bacon on a BLT? This is getting pretty sad!

I had my first date with my wife here… and a famous Canadian hockey player owns the chain… that’s why when I go on cruises I spend my money on cruise experiences to check out Tim Hortons in Canada and wine in France … this is a piece of culture tucked away in bellefontaine ohio…

We are BLESSED!!! to have one… you’d be lucky!! If you got to go there…

Their coffee is always!! Fresh! Which makes it even more impressive that it always!!!! Taste bad!

Those Canadians .. they’re good at hockey and donut holes and you cannot disagree with me or you are wrong…

The coffee is bad . So is the food.. but it comes and goes!!! When I was in high school it was good!!! When I’m 50 it will be good again… don’t just go there on vacation don’t do that to your self…

Go to a good place on your cruise to Canada like anywhere who sells booze or mayonnaise …. Go to Tim hortons on a Monday when your hung over that’s what’s it’s for…don’t go there on a first date .. that’s what French food is for.

P.s. my first date was on 5th booth closest to the drive through against the window ….

It went very well lol ?(which I mean when you look like me why am I even telling you!?!? You got eyes!)
