I had my first date with my wife here… and a famous Canadian hockey player owns the chain… that’s why when I go on cruises I spend my money on cruise experiences to check out Tim Hortons in Canada and wine in France … this is a piece of culture tucked away in bellefontaine ohio…

The coffee is bad . So is the food.. but it comes and goes!!! When I was in high school it was good!!! When I’m 50 it will be good again… don’t just go there on vacation don’t do that to your self…
Go to a good place on your cruise to Canada like anywhere who sells booze or mayonnaise …. Go to Tim hortons on a Monday when your hung over that’s what’s it’s for…don’t go there on a first date .. that’s what French food is for.
P.s. my first date was on 5th booth closest to the drive through against the window ….

I went inside and there was nobody to be served inside. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Even though I saw four different workers behind the counter. A lady said she will be with me in a minute. The lady continued to brew coffee and make three other drinks before I decided to leave. All I wanted were donuts that would have taken less than one minute to deal with. Won't be coming back.

My husband ordered me an xl large coffee and got a large he didn't realize it until he got home and they charged him for an xl and I have called 3 times and no one answers the phone... this is why I only go during the morning shift cause afternoon and night can't seem to get it together at all.. sad part is I use to work there and we had a way much better crew I swear...
Second time this week stopped through drive thru and they are out of items ordered. Employee was disgruntled and cared less about service and showed no interest in her job.

They quit giving back correct change a couple weeks ago, if they owe you pennies for change you’re not going to get them. I asked about it today and ahead of time said it’s cause I had them scan my app…nope. I didn’t use it a few days before that and didn’t get the correct change back. Think how much money they make in a day if they are keeping everyone’s pennies

Normally I love coming here. There's a new lady that's been working the window and her customer service is amazing. However these last couple visits, the food side has been seriously lacking. Donuts are just getting thrown into the bag so the icing gets everywhere and it gets smooshed and my order isn't even correct. It sucks cause this is one of the more halfway decent fast food joint in town.
