“The Syndicate is one of my husband and I’s favorite restaurants. We enjoy dining at a restaurant that has a head chef. Chef David has a real talent in the kitchen! The servers are also very friendly and attentive. We have never had a bad meal or drink. To start, the rolls and butter are excellent! Cocktails are delicious! I specifically enjoy the spiced cherry margarita featured on their fall and winter cocktail menu (never retire this cocktail, please). For entrees, I thoroughly enjoy the seafood dishes they feature as a special on some weekends specifically the crab stuffed lobster and grouper with risotto. My husband also enjoys the seafood specials but loves their steak too. Dining at The Syndicate is worth the 45 minute drive, one way, and we will continue to make the drive.“

“First time being back since they first open. The staff was great got seated right away then the waiter was right there taking drink orders. I ordered wings and garlic parm fries. Wife got the burger with the pulled pork on it. everything came out hot and fresh with great taste. There was a couple downside my wings came out needing a life jacket way to much sauce. Plus for being a sit down restaurant it would of been nice to have actual silverware instead of pre packaged plastic silverware. Will definitely be back.“

“The sushi was great but the take out order of sirloin steak and shrimp and the seafood mix I got wasn’t very good - bland and the fried rice was mushy and inedible so I would highly recommend the sushi but not anything else at this point!“

“Tasia, thank you for excellent service today. You are so polite and efficient. The cook made my 6 oz. Sirloin a perfect medium-rare. So flavorful and delicious. We ordered the $10 sirloin+2 sides deal. Exceptional value for a delicious meal, served with perfection. Thank you, $1.99 margaritas are strong and tasty for the cost.“

“Best place ever ice cream is so good and service is perfect it take made about 4 minutes to get everything but if you get food it take like 5 or 10 minutes other wise I love it

“The food here never disappoints! I usually get the chicken dinner because let me tell you it’s AMAZING! The Buffalo chicken sandwich is also a favorite of mine but it’s cold out and I wanted chili. We had 1/2 order of onion straws for an appetizer and it’s still a large amount. In my picture we had already eaten from the order. My husband loves the nachos here but doesn’t get the jalapeños, black olives or the sour cream because he’s picky. (LOL) The waitresses are always super attentive and friendly. I love eating here! If you haven’t been you gotta give it a try! Salads are very big, prime rib dinners on Saturday usually starts at 5pm and they typically sell out so you gotta get here early. Pizza is great! Breakfast is so good! I’ve never had a bad meal!“

“A charming “mom & pop” restaurant vibe. The food was delicious. The kids had chicken strips, the men had lunch meals, I ate breakfast. There are a lot of menu options at reasonable prices!! My favorite part about it all was the homemade pie they do in house there at the restaurant. It really set them apart. We had the coconut crème pie and the peanut butter pie. My daughter had a strawberry milkshake & my son had a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Nothing but good things to say about this place. West liberty has a cool antique store and thrift store as well.“

“This place has the best atmosphere. Great drinks, wide variety of food and the best drinks around (Polynesian mixed drinks, margaritas etc). You can often catch live music. The best part is watching boats coming and going right up to the patio.
Worth the trip to Indian Lake alone!“
