The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Went through the drive thru and there was nobody in front of me and it still took 17 minutes to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous. The workers were just goofing off the whole time

I am new to the area so it came as a surprise how terrible this Wendys is. I have been 5 times in the last few months thinking it surely cant be consistently that bad. It really is. I have never been here when they had every item that I wanted to order. One time I came and they didnt have fries, burgers, and could only take card. It was wild.

Waited at the window to pay for almost 30 minutes then right after paying got asked what our drinks where absolutely terrible service plus they have roaches and maggots and dont believe in food safety or cross contamination

Not sure there has ever been a "fast food" place slower and not showing any effort to improve. Moved here a few years ago and Wendy's use to be the go to for fast and good where I am from. Here 2 cars ahead in the drive through will cost your 30 minutes of your time and you will have to wait at the intercom for half that. And it's been that way the whole time we have lived here. When they are short handed I understand. But some times they aren't. 2 ppl up front, 2 at the food prep and a person on DT should be able to handle a modest car count effectively. Least the food is normally acceptable. Need to stop using bagged shredded iceburg lettuce in place of what they are advertising tho...

I have been waiting for 38 minutes for 2 orders I'm supposed to be delivering and I was just told it'll be 5 more minutes before I receive the 2nd order, terrible
Literally something missing from each piece of my order. No chocolate frosties in stock, no mushroom sauce in stock for the sandwich. Don’t get your hopes up if you have a specific item in mind.

Sat in line for 15 minutes with only one other person in line. So you would think you would get fresh food. Nope not here, this is what we get after sitting 15 minutes and can’t even give edible food it’s just pathetic, it’s something new everytime we come to this location. The burger bun was hard as a rock. The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard. The fries weren’t cooked long enough and it seems like all the food was just left over.
