I have had a horrible experience at Port Clinton's Bigby and I was reluctant to try Bellevue's. I can tell you we had breakfast there this morning and the bagel sandwich and waffle sandwich were so yummy. The frozen espresso coffee and hot cocoa was so good. Everyone was so nice and while the drivethru lane was packed they got through everyone very quickly. I made an order using their app and it was super simple to do and it was ready when I got there. I am so excited to try more of their menu and drinks.

I've been 3 times so far and have only got points 1 time. Everyone needs to get trained to scan the app once for points then once to pay.
