Just went thru drive thru forgot all my nuggets in the 5 dollar bundle and child chocolate milk won't answer phone have called 3 times no answer
Fries were stall and dry absolutely barely any salt, Ask for sauces twice didn’t receive any in the bag, the nuggets were very very mid, burger was very messy poorly made, was sitting at the first window for awhile eventually jus pulled up where we were then sitting for 10 mins I wouldn’t have complained if the food was at-least somewhat good but I was very disappointed never been to a bad McDonalds til today step up your game bellevue.

Literally wanted to argue with me about sauces. I rung myself up at the self serve and they wanted to argue with me about my order when I put sauces on there. Only 3 different ones. 6 in total. And wanted to argue. Do better.
Terrible service waited in the reserve spot for about 20 minutes and food wasn't even right and the milkshakes were all completely melted no good at all
Bathroom in this particular McDonald's is always filthy and covered in urine.

Be very excruciatingly specific about your orders and check them before leaving the window. The drive through lady insisted she was right about my order (which I had explained politely and thoroughly), got it wrong, I circled back and they said there was nothing they could do unless I bought ANOTHER sandwich in very rude and condescending manners. I don’t usually get angry at food workers because I understand them but wow.
1) never use curbside here, they've left me hanging several times. 2)Now wanting not to honor an app order.App allows you to choose " under condiments" a sauce for free.You get to store and they explain that you are using the app wrong,you are to ask for extra sauce.Sound like a problem with the individual restaurant and corporate,not the individual.Funny how they screw up and they can't refund you because you prepay in the app BUT when they want to charge you extra they can with no problem ...lol

Took 20 mins to get a coffee...only 3 cars ahead of.. wanted it hot ..got a cold iced one ..by that time I had no time or interest in waiting, I just took it and left.Never again

Left sitting in curbside twice,both times had to go in to see what's going on.third time ordered mobil and sat in curbside about twenty min,didn't realize they were closed @4 pm.No sign on curbside and there were cars in parking lot,why would I think they were closed? Should've turned off mobil ordering,it shouldn't have went through.several times they never have the pies that are listed on app.Missing items several times.I give up
*Update 11.13.24 same thing again,Sat at curbside for about 15 min.Called to see if they forgot me,they said there was no one at curbside #4.There was a box truck across four spaces,you couldn't think to walk one step over and ask the guy in the running car if it was his order?Never offer an item as a apology,like most places do,time and gas isn't cheap.Looks like the owner of this place doesn't really care.McDonalds has the worst customer service,contacted corporate,which passed the buck back to the original restaurant,which just sends you a pre copy pasted email saying what a great customer you are....blah,blah,blah.No resolution to the problem,no offer to make it right.Still have my money,no food and no refund.Mickey D,you need to learn from Burger Kings corporate customer service.They have always made their mistakes right with me and they do it within minutes via online chat.

Everyone on the morning shift should be ashamed of themselves!!! The manager was the worst one of them all!!! Yelling and cussing at the staff. Half the staff were yelling back at her, mixing up orders and yelling at each other!!! Our food was cold, my quarter piece of bacon was completely burnt, and my wife's sausage was burnt as well. Both our eggs were cold. We were there for 30 minutes waiting through all the chaos. Never again!!!

Driving from Bellevue to Clyde is a much safer option. I’ve always been very friendly with my visits and the order has been deliberately messed up multiple times. I order no onions every time for my burgers only to find them hidden in between my patties. I ended up not going for two months, driving to Clyde when I wanted McDonald’s. I gave them another chance today and the service was nice however they still got my drink wrong.
