I will never understand how you can get a different kind of coffee at EVERY McDonalds. It’s worse than Dunkin! Which is BAD. How do you charge for extra caramel drizzle and get this??? This coffee has ZERO flavor. ZERO caramel. And ZERO coffee!!I had just left Dunkin with an awful coffee only to come here and it was WORSE. If that’s possible! (The girl at the window was kind. That’s it)

Breakfast in dining room with my youngest son. Had to approach the desk and admonish the staff for loud and vulgar swearing non stop. Sad part was the manager was present and I kept waiting for her to stop this behavior. I was the one that ended it. Never again Not even an apologyTrash employees and language Disgusted

There was nobody in the drive through yet we had to wait to order and again to get our food which was burnt and my deluxe chicken had like 8 pickles and a dime sized amount of mayo. All my kids sandwiches were burnt as well… the lady at the window picking up was so irritated we ordered a milkshake, said we’d have to wait yet we didn’t… which was probably the only upside of the whole experience… I’ve been to McDonald’s around the world… this is definitely the worse

I try not to go through this McDonalds as much as possible. I made the mistake today thinking I would give it another chance, and they did not give me the correct items. They rarely get the order correct. The drive through is beyond slow. I have waited upwards of 20 minutes or more to get my order. They have a lot of problems with understanding the mobile payment method and have at times told me I cannot pay using it because it is not an option when it clearly is an option. If something in the order is caught as wrong, it is like they are being put out when you tell them it is incorrect. Management does not answer complaints submitted online and the ones onsite who are “managing” act like they do not care about what is happening - everyone is too busy chit chatting. I have not heard very many people come up with much good to say about the place.

Place is a trash can. Rare trifecta… trashy food, slow service, and extremely rude employees. If you’re looking for a place to get a quick bite and motivation to finally commit that felony you’ve been putting off. Highly recommend this place.

Used app and had to wait still then girl didn't even know what she was doing and snippy. Then, coke machine is not working. And had a guy in plain clothes come up to correct her... these people want $15/hr to be slow as #ell and rude.Food packages had grease all over the wrapping and the hash browns were over cooked and grease dripping.
