He’s got the service skills of a five-star maître d’ and the sense of humor of a stand-up comic on Taco Tuesday. David kept our chips full, our drinks topped off, and our table laughing like we were at a comedy club that served enchiladas. He even remembered our complicated order without writing it down — either he’s a wizard or he’s got Bluetooth hooked up to the kitchen. Whatever you’re paying David… triple it. “Pretty okay experience every time! When I get helped by real people, it's fantastic. New AI being used at the drive thru isn't doing a good job. I was grateful to immediately have a human correct the order, but I had to wait until I got to the window to get the total. I think using AI for this is not an improvement. If there wasn't a person to immediately help, I would have been frustrated. There was a bit of a wait until the single vehicle in front of me got their food. I got exactly what I ordered, and it was good. Thank you, humans!“
