Pretty okay experience every time! When I get helped by real people, it's fantastic. New AI being used at the drive thru isn't doing a good job. I was grateful to immediately have a human correct the order, but I had to wait until I got to the window to get the total. I think using AI for this is not an improvement. If there wasn't a person to immediately help, I would have been frustrated. There was a bit of a wait until the single vehicle in front of me got their food. I got exactly what I ordered, and it was good. Thank you, humans!

27th of November 1am. Whoever was on that night crew needs to be evaluated or trained again. SKIMPY portions on nearly everything. I ordered a cheesy DOUBLE beef burrito. Not only did they FORGET it, I had to return to grab it and they offered nothing for my trouble. No free item, drink, apology, nothing.
The DOUBLE beef burrito had maybe a scoope of beef? This isnt a normal portion, ive had many from many different locations and this one is easily remembered due to the fact of how SKIMPY and incorrect it was. I feel ripped off.

Its DOUBLE beef, cheese, rice, sour cream and fiesta stripes.
They put BEANS on my double BEEF burrito. My god TEENS do this job way better. Whoever normally works night Crew needs a raise and a good one. This was easily the worst experience I ever had at this location.

Spent $21 on 2 people and nothing was good or correct. Can’t even get a refund or new items because they did not give a receipt either. Double stack taco and it was all refried beans, our crunch wrap had no black beans that we know we paid for and our cheese wasn’t even half full. My Baja was watered down also. First time in a long time I’ve had a bad experience here.

They're missed my tacos for add-on. What wrong with taco bell not pay attention what I want order it. I pay extra for add-on but I guess give you bad reviews.

This was by far the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever been to…it’s not busy here and there was no one clean table, trash all over the dining room floor, the soft drink station was sticky, sloppy and full of trash.
The food was made sloppily, the young man did deliver it with a smile. A little redemption.

It took to long to get food.
Placed online order it was wrong but Evan made it right. Although first order was wrong first bite was hot and fresh. Replacement order was hot fresh and served with a smile. Thank u Evan for the hours you are putting in and staying positive even when short handed.
Food was made to order and delicious. However the wait was much longer than anticipated. Dining room a little dirty. Normally if they are busy I ignore this, however there was time used on cell phones.
I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and a chicken 3 cheese flatbread melt. Both were made very well! The customer service at the drive thru was exceptional. This location is smaller than most and is connected to a gas station in Bellevue. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received. Give it a try! ;)
