I got a 5-layer burrito at around 12am today (April 28) and there was a piece of plastic in my food. Not only that but the food barely had any meat or cheese in it. & they were room temperature, definitely was not heated up.

Combo orders are listed on the menu as including a drink but the workers have charged me for a drink separately every time I ordered a combo. I had actually believed they were a separate thing until the recent menu update showed text saying they are included, and I was still charged for an additional drink. Unfortunately I did not have time to argue it in situ, but I'm very annoyed to say the least.

When you are on your way back home from a 16 hour shift, you just want fresh hot food and a ice cold mt dew (my preference). You can't go wrong with this location, got 2 bean burritos with extra red sauce on ICE ! Yes that's right (BOTH Burritos were FROZEN). Pop was flat. Girl at the drive thru was friendly. 2 stars is all you're gonna get out of me. And I won't be back to this location! What a joke of a Taco Bell.

The last 2 times I've gone were terrible. Last time, they missed my nacho fries from my order. The time before that, they used smaller tacos, so my food was smaller.
It’s nice place - we stopped by there for side potatoes - as some of places they served fresh but this time it’s like over times fried and not like smooth and freshly fried.Otherwise all good.
