Went to RR after the car show across the street. Our waitress Jo was terrible, service was slow and she was running around cussing at the TV and baseball game. We asked if an entree came with a side and she said it did so we ordered it. When the bill came it was an add on, we told her and she said she never said that. I ordered a fountain drink, it was flat and watered down so I asked if she would swap it out for water, She said no problem shed remove it from the bill, surprise! when the bill arrived it was still on there and she wouldn't remove it. Make sure you check your bills before you pay!

Traveled to River Rock in Bellville, OH with a riding group on a warm & sunny Sunday afternoon in October. We were promptly seated in the outside patio, since we had 16 members and the weather was nice. The waitress took our beverage order and brought that promptly. As drinks arrived, she took food orders which seemed to take awhile.
Our waitress was fine but, likely, alone to service the back area by herself which caused some delay. While I didn’t see the kitchen staff, I’m guessing there was a solo worker, as it was close to 2pm when we arrived, after the normal lunch rush. Regardless, food eventually made it out to us and was of good quality.
The back patio area was worn, gray wood plank fencing and posts, and looks to have room for weekend entertainment stage. Overall, the stop was a good one, and I hope to visit again in the future.

Place is a joke! Waited about an hour for food. Fries cold, bacon NOT cooked! Definitely won't be back, ask for my hamburger WELL done and it was still pink. Even though it was game day and they were a tad busy, still no excuse for the food to be the way it was.

Party of 4 and while the place was a little busy due to upcoming OSU game, that's still no reason for 2 bacon burgers come out not fully cooked and the bacon was barely cooked. The chicken tenders from the tender basket looked as though they had been fried numerous times. The fries were all cold and the bacon on the pizza looked as though they cut up packaged bacon and expected the pizza oven to cook it (basically it wasn't cooked either). The server took care of us for the most part, although I did ask him for a rag so that we could wipe off the table since it had not been cleaned (I recognized he was busy and advised we would do it to help him out). All-in-all, a poor experience and probably won't be back. It took about an hour to even get our food and from the temp, it felt as though it had been ready 30 minutes prior.

came back to my hometown and i walked in with my service dog who had his proper dressing on along with his e-collar that he wears everywhere since training and did not feel welcomed as soon as i walked in. nicely asked to sit on the patio and got questioned what my service dog was for which is illegal to ask. she let us sit outside but had an attitude the whole time and which my dog sat beside me and had no issues even with other guests being outside.
