Just went to this Burger King to get food for my kids. They left a fry out of my bag, no big deal. Went back to get it, and the manager on duty was picking up fries with her bare hands off the counter and throwing them in my bag. And as I stood there in disgust, a huge vape cloud came from the back right where they were making sandwiches. I am horrified that this is what they do in front of customers and could imagine what it looks like when there’s none around.

I don't ever leave reviews at all but my experience here was so bad that I had to. I just got fries from this location that were so hard I'm pretty sure it cracked/chipped one of my teeth. The mozzarella sticks and chicken fries were also hard and rubbery. Everything here sits on a warmer all day. Only come here if you want to eat multi-hour old food.

Went for breakfast with my son. Bought French Toast Stick Combo (4.89), sausage, egg, and cheese croissant combo ( 6.19) and upsized it (1.20). My math equals 12.28 no tax on food. Why was my bill 15.10? When asking for receipt I was told that the machine was not working to print out receipts. How convenient! Will be contacting BBB!

Didn't give us half of our order. Tried to call over 20 times & not one answer. Pretty sure they picked up & hung up on me once out of all the calls I made. NEVER AGAIN! Need an all new night crew or better customer service!

The employees are young & helpful but management is slacking .. The inside of the restaurant was filthy, greasy fingerprints on everything, no ketchup in the dispensers, fountain pop stations were trashed & the frozen drinks weren't working it took 10 minutes to get a burger inside..
Now the food, I got a burger that was super tiny, half a piece of cheese with it but paid full price .. Fries were hot, I'll give them that one
