The server was friendly & maintained composure given the situation of the poor staffing. My group arrived as the only couple dining inside was preparing the leave at 4:25 PM. So, we were the first ones there 35 minutes before the pizza buffet bar scheduled to open; willing to wait. However, the 2 cooks working were not prepared to have the pizza bar open at the scheduled time it took an additional 20 minutes later after designated time to open the buffet at which time they only offered 2 types of pizzas (both those were meat pizzas on the bar). Due to this it only allowed customers to select the 2 meat toppings pizza or go without. By that time every table was filled with customers and the server could not keep up due to the short staffing. The server was only able to refill only one person 's drink at our table. Then, several minutes later the cooks only offered a cheese only pizza on the bar. At that point we had already had to wait over 45 minutes. We asked when they would be serving the veggie pizza and / or dessert pizza but was told 2 more meat pizzas would be coming out of the oven in 15 minutes. At this point, my group as well as other group only managed get two skinny slices of thin pizza the entire hour dining. So, definitely decided not to wait another 30-50 minutes to see if they would prepare veggie pizza. I would not recommend if you do not want to eat spaghetti with meat sauce, subs with meat, and pizza with meat toppings.
It was definitely not worth the cost of $13.42 per person for only 2 small slices of pizza with one beverage and no refill definitely. Very disappointed that not much variety offered. (Excluding the tip paid to server).

They were closed for Christmas break. When we showed up, it would not be fair for me to I guess a food review when they were closed. But they did have crew inside, and they had everything stripped down, and was cleaning. Everything is that impressed me a lot. Well, they took their time to make sure there was a deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning

Had the chicken parm sandwich... I actually counted 5 bites between the 2 halfs that were just cheese, sauce, and bread. I ordered a pizza to go and was told it'll be 5 to 7 minutes....well over 30 minutes later I was asked if I was ready for my pizza and I was told it's been sitting on top of the oven....I can safely say I will not be giving them any more of my business. There was only 1 elderly couple in the establishment while I was there so they cannot use an excuse that they were busy.

holy wackamolee I love Giovanni’s it’s actually so good like PLEASE and the people there are so nice; the pizza is so good and the pastas,, like- and don’t get me STARTED on the garlic bread. Paxton, Mariah and I always get quarters from my mom for the little rubber balls to; and that’s fun. And the bathrooms are clean (just wanted to add) and I love their fruit punch it’s really good. But yeah; I recommend it 100%🙏🙏

I had a wonderful experience there and the woman that waited on had a smile on her face as soon as she greeted me. I got the buffet the first couple pieces of pizza I had was sort of cold but very flavorful. I went back up and they had fresh pies of pizza up there so I got a couple of hot pieces and that made the pizza a 8 out of ten for me. I appreciate with only few staff they had they handled themselves with the utmost wonderful customer service.

We went today and while the food was good, when we went to pay they charged our 6 year old adult price for the buffet. When we asked to make sure it was correct, the cashier told us anyone 5 and older is charged adult prices. Why? My 6 year old definitely doesn't eat adult portions. I wouldn't be so upset about it, but when we went there a couple months ago he was only charged a couple more dollars than our 4 year old, now he is more than double the price of our 4 year old. We used to love eating there because it was reasonable for our family. I understand things have raised in prices, but charging adult price for a 6 year old is ridiculous. We will more than likely not return, because it is too expensive for a 6 year old.

Went to lunch on a Sunday. Only 1 person working as the lunch crowd came in. Tables couldn’t get cleared fast enough of dirty dishes. Food was ok at the best. Limited selections of pizzas. Probably will not return.
