This location is known for its fresh, hot food and excellent customer service. The dining room and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. What separates this restaurant from most of the competition is the LEADERSHIP TEAM. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Santana, Tamara, and Chelsea at the Washington Street Hardees location in Belpre, Ohio. These women are truly exceptional. The atmosphere surrounding them is fantastically fun, positive, and welcoming.I cannot stress how much I enjoy going through the drive thru or dining inside when these women are present. Seeing people enjoy their work, respecting the other team members it feels like walking into a friends home with all the smiles, laughs, and humor. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE AND THIS LOCATION. These wonderful ladies make it easy to come back day after day. The positivity and good feelings generated by the staff is no small thing. This easily separates them from most of the competition. The way we treat one another matters. Thank You Santana, Tamara, and Chelsea for making this and every visit a study in setting the atmosphere for a tremendous experience.

The service I received was very speedy and accurate! I ordered a large curly fries and a big ham and cheese while I was waiting for my fresh fry the manager Christina was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her while I waited!

I wish Hardee's wasn't so concerned about speed of service they have good quality food and I'd much prefer good quality service which takes time over just ordering and going. If people want it fast they should stick with the fake food places. 2025 do your homework people. Love Hardee's ❤️

I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up the line was a little busy and I was worried that I’d be late for my appt because Hardee’s was busy today. But I was fooled by their speed and kindness! I ordered a biscuit and gravy meal and within a minute they had my order ready and me on my way ! I’m very impressed with this staff keep up the good work!

For the umpteenth time I go and they don’t give me the condiments I asked for. I should not have to check my order every time I go here. What’s the point of asking if you want any condiments when ordering if you’re not going to put them in the bag? Do better.

So I went through the drive-through and ordered a milkshake $4.29. I literally get a kitty cup that is half full. That is Absolutely ridiculous I asked them what is this? They said well this is our milkshake. I said no this is like a kitty cup or a pup cup. The lady at the window literally said I can go back and see if I can find one that’s fuller. so you’re telling me You all just have these so-called milkshakes sitting in your freezer wouldn’t that be just ice cream? I made them give me a refund and I probably will never go back to Hardy again just because I really don’t like the fact that you guys are ripping people off. There’s literally an ice cream shop box from you guys that I can get a milkshake for three dollars that’s huge for convenience while I got a bite to eat, but that’s OK. I will definitely go other places to eat.
