very packed and only 3 registers open and the self checkout was backed up. line for regular checkout was lined up almost the length of the store. need to open more registers so it moves smother. seen several workers just standing around doing nothing

stopped in today. only 2 registers open. called and the manager left at 5 and the person running things said he cannot do anything but ask the workers to open their registers and if they refuse, oh well. poor poor management. line wrapped around with easily 20 people waiting. sad.

Stopped by today so my dad could grab a couple things. I stayed in the car since he was just going to be a couple minutes. As I was waiting, I saw an older woman pushing her cart to her car and an employee following behind, pushing her walker. I'm not sure who he was but he is 100% doing customer service right.

the manager the other day was rude.. she wouldn't let me do another transaction bc with my coupons I got 2 box razor packs for 53 cents.. I guess since she's not geting the deal no one else will either

They are helpful and answer any questions I have courteously...
Slow lines. On a weekend they only have one register open and the line to the self checkout is usually halfway down the isle. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to check out. All while three of the employee stood in the front of the store and wrestled with each other. Most of the time the employees are busy talking to each other and not even acknowledging the customers. Belpre Kroger’s has definitely gotten worse.

Since the store started the Clicklust, several issues have deteriorated. There are never enough checkout lanes open. I'm not going through the self-checkout. Get over yourself Kroger... Several times there is no one at customer service, or it's closed during regular work hours. You people do understand that the customer signs your paycheck? Run off all the customers and the store will close. Get it? The girl who eats while she slices your lunch meat/cheese in the deli. Maybe someone needs to call the health department, as this is unsanitary as well as not permitted. All of the junk piled up outside the entrance doors during the spring through fall is ridiculous! The windows in buggy storage is nasty. Kroger, you want the front of the store to be as clean as possible...or at least look clean. You really must do better.

Literally no checkout clerks at the local store multiple times. Only line open was self checkout. Several of my friends have also complained about this.
