I visit this store because it's close to my house, but handicap parking is always a problem finding a spot. Actually finding any parking spot is usually difficult. The other problem I have with the store is usually all the registers, both self checkout or someone to check you out is always backed up. Bottom line, the store is not equipped to handle the amount of people trying to find a place to park and once inside it's a nightmare trying to check out.

Just had the worst experience with their customer care. I was not given information I needed from her, and when I went back to her she was very belligerent with me. I'm 68 and did not appreciate this treatment. They are the only supermarket in town, so I guess that's how they get away with it.

Worst Krogers ever.. Hard to get around the store to shop. Never enough checkouts open. Self checkouts always need help from employee. It should be about the customer.

Slightly difficult to find some things... All fruits and vegetables of a specific kind are not together. And would be easier and more convenient if things that you get together often were located together... For example avocados and guacamole mix. Apples and caramel dip etc.

This would become a great place to start a grocery store..never any carts, grocery signage in isles is bad, cant make requests for items, lazy management..other than that it's great

Workers are paid to stand around 👍 Also, what's up with all the rotting food? Brother ew. If I can turn water into wine, you can turn those moldy pomegranates into fresh ones 😂 Even the apples look sad ☹️

They are worthless went there 3 weeks ago and my total was 108 dollars put in a 50.00 dollar bill and it was fine put in another 50.00 dollar bill and the machine went to spit it back out and it got jamed the machine.they told me that they didn't have a key to do anything. Told me to come back the next day so I did then they said that they only person who had a key was on vacation to come back that Friday and I got another story and have been lied to time and time again since. AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MONEY

I have been meaning to review this Kroger for a while now. This review is NOT about the cashier's because the majority of the time that I am in there, there aren't any! The ones that I have been fortunate enough to interact with Manning 1 single line, are pleasant. The issue is, I will NOT use a self checkout period. I never have and I never will. I have had my hands full MANY times and walked straight to line 10 and there is noone there. Each time I put my stuff back and walk out. Last Thursday morning between 8:30-9:00 am, I walked in and immediately looked to see if there was a register open. Line 10 was lit up. It is a different color of light than the self checkouts. I was happy about that and hurried and got what I needed, yes hands completely full. When I got to the line, the light was now off and noone was there. Put me in a pretty bad mood instantly. I put my stuff back and walked out. This is ridiculous. Kroger makes more than enough money to pay a couple of cashier's. If that ever happens again, I will lay my stuff on the belt and walk out. Maybe if they have to continue putting people's food back on the shelves then they may get the hint to OPEN a register with a cashier. I'm beginning to despise Kroger and Aldi has now become my favorite grocery store. This is unacceptable Kroger!

I tried calling the headquarters in Cincinnati to issue a complaint. Called 4 times and 4 times got someone that could barely speak English in some other country. Would not let me speak to anyone in the main office in Cincinnati. The manager in Belpre needs some training on running a business. Plenty of men hanging over the railing upstairs but they can't help run a cash register?

Idk why this place only gets 3.9 stars currently bc this is by far the very best groceries store in the Belpre, Marietta, and Parkersburg region. They are always clean and they have excellent selections. They have a fairly good amount of vegan and gf options. They have a lot of Asian and Hispanic options. Their produce selection is top notch for the area.
