Prices are absolutely ridiculous!!!!
4.99 for a cream horn. I can go to krogers and buy a pack of 4 for 2.99......and they taste better.
This place has really become greedy.

The Classy Guar Show

If I'm at Mchappy's, it would be during the evening. It's almost always really quiet because most people don't eat in the evening. Overall, what Mchappy's offers taste good, on occasion I'll find something I'm not partial to. Really, my only complaint is the cost. They are not exponential but certainly add up if you get more than one thing and frequently.

This new bakery is a very upscale place with great donuts. HOWEVER, it is very pricey. For example. Buying 2 dozen at JR'S (as we do often) costs about $22. I got 2 dozen here and it was $40.36. Sooo...will not be back, convenient or not.

This place used to be good! BUY THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE... Theres nothing labeled or priced and they had the audacity to charge me $2.50 for a single donut!! It was supposed to be cream filled but only had a minuscule amount of cream in the middle and the donut was not good. Buyer beware!! They will never see a penny of my money again. Who in the world is keeping this place in business!?

I live in WV but happened to be in OH for a doctor’s visit. I recalled our work providing these donuts once and they were very good. Little did I know that they are almost twice as much as a local bakery (In WV) at $19 a dozen.
That was not the worst. The person at the window kept having to ask someone else concerning my inquiries. I asked for a dozen of mixed (frosting) vanilla cream filled. I got home and have four maybe. The others are jelly filled or regular cake with frosting.
No second chances. I’ll stick to my WV donuts in the future.

I have nothing good to say about this shop. I was in from Virginia visiting family and stopped by to get a dozen donuts for the road to try.

First off, multiple signs stating no photography in the shop. Once inside, none of the donuts are labeled, so you don't know if they have a cream center, custard center, or jelly center. It's all a guessing game! No prices advertised either. Again, just a big guessing game.

The lady working was incredibly rude. I tried to make friendly small talk, telling her that it was my first time there, but she didn't crack a smile; just an absolutely miserable person.

I ordered a dozen donuts and an apple fritter. She did mention that the apple fritter was a separate charge, but failed to mention that the donuts with a center were more expensive.

You can imagine my shock at the register when I see that it's nearly $25 for a dozen donuts and an apple fritter.

Two words; Never again.

I do not recommend. There are far too many donut shops in the area that are far more superior. Worst of all, the donuts weren't even good.

Who's keeping this place in business?

Donuts did not taste fresh the muffins were stale and crumbly in the elephant ear tasted like burnt dough the only redeeming Factor was the employee she was wonderful in the cost was way too high for donuts

Parking: Way too expensive for low to mid quality donuts and pastries. The owners should re evaluate product vs cost.
