Heaven forbid you use your phone number and want your pizza delivered somewhere other than your own home. The order takers dont let the drivers know and they go to the wrong address and you end up with cold pizza.

Why did Napolis stop grilling the bread on the sandwiches? And they’re so skimpy on the peppers. $55 for a salad, pizza, 2 sandwiches and fries and the food is subpar.

I don't care much for pizza. Anyone can throw a bunch of junk on bread and bake it. Last week I had fantastic spaghetti with meatballs and this week I jhad even more fantastic mushroom ravioli. Wonderful.thank you napolis.

I ate for the first time at Napoli's. It was at the Belpre, Ohio location. Some friends from church took me out for my birthday. My meal was totally delicious, the waitress was excellent. It is a nice clean restaurant and now my favorite Italian restaurant. I WILL BE BACK!

Why is noone talking about how insanely delicious the flatbread pizza is? Tonight is the first time that I have had it and YUM!!! I typically get the Steak and Cheese Sub, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad, Ravioli or Cheese Pizza. I decided to try the Flatbread pizza tonight and am so glad that I did. We did not eat in the restaurant this evening but we do often. It is always clean, the service is always great and the food is always good. Thankful to have them in our area!
The food is always good. No issues there. My issue lies in the decrease in the size of non pizza items offered. The price has increased a bit but the item size is noticeably smaller. Recently I ordered a family size spaghetti with marinara sauce. The previous size pan was larger and deeper than is now offered. It use to feed 5 or 6 people but now only 4. Also, the amount of melted provolone has been reduced. I have been a supporter since the night they opened. I am just disappointed.
