We just had two medium pan pizzas on January 26th at 4pm . They said it would be 15 to 20 minutes and it was exactly 15 minutes and they were the best pizzas I have ever had. Lots of toppings placed on nice and neat not just thrown together. And I just wanted to tell the employees great job
The employees were nice,they were busy so we waited around 30 minutes for our food. server came back said your food will be out soon. came back 10 minutes later and said the order that she wrote on her own server pad was never placed. asked if we would like to re-place our order we said no. went to the counter to talk to the manager the young lady obviously was shaken and couldn't say anything besides I'm sorry and I don't know when I was asking her question.She...
The restaurant is fine, but the Pizza Hut app needs improvement. Impossible to sign in with my name and password. According to the local restaurant, corporate has been aware of the problem for several months, but nothing has been done.
