Ordered online. Was told 30 minutes. Showed up on expected time. Then to get told they didn’t even see the order on the printer. To get told to wait another 20 minutes. Very unprofessional and lack of responsibility from workers. Very disappointing and dissapointed in a business with an online option. Especially with multiple working in the store.

Horrible service, rude workers. After being immediately put on hold, I waited 10-15 minutes before someone finally goes to take my order, I asked a couple questions, then the worker makes a sigh, then puts me on hold again. Mediocre food at best, when you can even get someone to take your order. Service is probably the worst in the area.

Ordered here tonight and I gotta say definitely have had better service at this establishment. I ordered a large BLT sub which was delicious I’m definitely not knocking the food as always amazing, my wife ordered a salad which she was going to take to work with her. However the service tonight was far from what was expected from a restaurant. My order arrived before the eta time which was nice however I only received the sub that was ordered. I was able to catch the driver before they left and was told they’d bring it right back. Well this is where things get a little ridiculous. So instead of bringing my salad to me since you know I’ve already received half my order no what they decide to do is to go take other deliveries before bringing me the remaining items to my order. So 30 minutes had gone by and decided it was time to call the store and see what was going on. A lady answered the phone and said yeah it’s on the way I was like ok good but 30 minutes later is kinda over the top. I only live 2.5 miles away from the store just wanna make sure it’s not like I live clear out in the middle of nowhere. So the lady then begins to tell me that the driver had other deliveries to make as I’m sure most of you will agree that’s not acceptable. I have eaten at smitty’s for most of my life like I’m sure most of you have. It literally took them an additional 45 minutes to deliver the remaining items in my order.

Employees just sitting around when I arrived. Didn’t know my order was placed and didn’t start until after I got here. Had to wait over 25 minutes for my order and now I don’t even have time to eat it before work. Poor service. Slow service. First time here and last time here. Disappointed
Edit to add: my burger is still ice cold and the fries were soggy- I had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking. Pizza was good at least.

We ordered 3 Italian subs with 2 small chef salads. The subs were very good and the salads were also delicious ?. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be ordering from Smitty's again.

Love Smitty's food.... Definitely gone down hill a little with the new owners but hopefully within time they adapt and become the once loved mov sub stop

Ordered roastbeef small sub,,, bacon cheeseburger,,, 2 med pizzas an a spaghetti tonight .Ate part of sub Meat tasted spoiled . Tossed the rest .Cheeseburger looked like they had sat on the package .Will eat spaghetti tomorrow.Also had delivered an took an hour to get.Probably last time ordering from them

This place I do believe only has one delivery driver that is always stacked up with orders so if you want a pizza that is halfway cold then I suggest ordering from here but if you want 1 that is hot and still edible call Pizza Hut domino's or donatos they'll better serve you with hot food i only put up with it because i can't resist their pizza
