We're seniors. We got there and only 3 people were waiting including us. Rather than wait on us they kept taking online orders.it took them about 30 minutes to get to us and take our order.this place is a joke.the subs weren't very good. They were very skimpy on everything.dont waste your time coming here.

I stopped to order a sub. I was followed in by another customer that works across the road from the Subway. I was ignored for several minutes standing at the order counter. Then a employee name of Cat started working on the other customer before asking me anything. Then she more interested in what the other employees were working on, She finally got back to my order and ask me what I wanted on my sub then I had to repeat that I wanted the sub toasted with meats and she had the other customer order already in the oven. She had to ask me Three times what I wanted on my sub because she was continuing to talk to other employees! The forth time she had to ask me, I tole her she needed to pay attention to the person she was suppose to be waiting on. That started here mouth off to the rudeness till I told her she would not work for me with that attitude. I told her that I would report her to the owner and she mouthed me off again. I visited the Belpre location on 6/3/23 shortly before they closed for the night. The two male employees were friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. They truly seemed to enjoy their job. Food was also very good.

Their subs need improvement. Guess I got spoiled from the Subway in Florida. Their subs our great. Really disappointed because I like their subs. Will not go back to Subway in Belpre, Ohio.
Had an issue with the app where my order didn't process but I was charged. Called the store and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and told me as long as I could show where I was charged they'd fulfill and make my order. The subs were amazing too. I highly recommend this location. They are awesome!

I was there today and i was treated with such disrespect!!! I think her name was capri she is rude and nasty she didnt even wash her hands!! I dont care who you are if you are going to be touching my food WASH YOUR HANDS!! I was getting a footlong ham sub but instead i got nothing but attitude She need to work on her manners!! She doesn’t need to be working there. Everyone else was nice and respectful :) This isnt the only time ive went in there and she has been rude I dont know what the hell her problem is but i went back later today after i picked up my kids from school and she was just out there talking to some guy and the other lady that was there was taking my order was so nice 10/10 recommended her making your food!! 10/10 do not recommend capri!!

Depending on who you get the food will either be trash or amazing. Store needs a giant update. It's falling apart,cramped and equipment is broken all the time. But is a good lunch or dinner stop if your feeling a sub.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options on the menu. You choose what you want.
Parking: Roughly 10 parking spots. Seems to be enough. Even when busy you can park there.
Dietary restrictions: You choose what you want on your meal. So if you have restrictions choose wisely.
